Why were Asim and Sid Dey not allowed to participate in the task?

Can someone please clarify this for me? I am very confused.

I thought Asim and Paras got black hearts and Abu Jee got the black ring? So they should be automatically notminated or something? What was the reason for this selection then? Am I missing something? 🤪

Paras gave his black heart to sidhartha de. So asim and de got disadvantage of not performing the task . But they are not nominated and so even abu is safe as of now

At the end of the task that writer came near amisha and started dancing and flirting with her. Amisha got pissed and said u he deserved the black heart . Paras as smart as he is gave away his black heart to him
