BB said that the contestant needs to say I QUIT the task , if they feel they can't perform it.
But the rules should have been clear as whoever is unable to perform a task, they are out of the game or at least if they are unsuccessful in doing 2 tasks are evicted from the task on their own.
Such ground rules were needed as like this nobody would say I Quit
Romil was unable to make coffee for Juhi while Surbhi was not able to fulfill 2 House Guests request - mattress and Mug.
She should have been out from the task by now.
