KV Is most well mannered and kind hearted person in BB12.
Though I like Deepak but can't say he is most well mannered, coz during tasks he goes little out of line. But rest of the time he is also very well mannered.
Somi is also good mannered person.
Deepika is most ill mannered coz (despite not using any abusive words ) her arrogance, overconfidence and ill treatment of HM is not good and I personally don't like that behavior
