She is afraid and distressed.
She believes that the group she's in fails to perform good in tasks because they pay more attention to the bully tactic acquired by the other group.
She feels that instead of performing well, Sree is affected by Rohit's bullshit and Surbhi's provocations.
I don't think she had any typical intention to shout on Jasleen. She was already pissed off with the Sree Rohit saga and in the meantime she heard Jasleen answering back. She was wrong in interfering in Jasleen's matter specially when they're still not very close, I agree. But she immediately said, your call. Yet she's bashed by Jasleen fans constantly.
Again, Surbhi Rana started her pravachan as to how she should have controlled Sree before and all.

Anyways, Dipika has always asked Sree to tone down when she felt like. Yes, she may not have been loud or public about it before. But everyone has a limit of endurance.
Repeated mockery by the host as to how she supports Sreeshant in his wrongs when she typically doesn't, is hard to bear for any woman with self respect.
Lastly, the housemates don't really know if the recent characterless and 11 pm kaand has gone against Sree or against Surbhi. So doesn't Dipika. If she's insecure that if Sree doesn't tone down, he might face dire consequences.. What's wrong in that even as a friend??
