What Sree said was definitely wrong. However it came out as a reaction to the constant harassment and bullying Surbhi was doing to him. Hence the justifications. But you can see the episode and decide for yourself.

Jo I get that HC toxity in poking and provoking is of such extreme levels can make even any sane person end up losing their shit, but I just don't see how what Sree said can be defended or justified in any way.
He could have given any other gaali under the sun or even lashed out physically, but to deamean in such manner, and that too not only Surbhi but those women too who have to do that for a living?
In his regressive MCP thought process,I don't think he realised or even cared that he had shamed those women too who's plight someone like him will probably never understand.

I do not support Surbhi in all this either,Both are just as bad as each other.
My only qualm is that everyone took a stand for one or the other, but haven't seen anyone take a stand for the respect and dignity of these women too.Whatever it is they do,they are still human like everybody else on here and don't deserve to be looked down upon.

I absolutely agree. That was a very insensitive thing to say.
Problem is sometimes some sterotypes get engrained in our minds and without realising that we're being politically incorrect we end up saying things. Again I say though, it was a very insensitive thing for him to say and he should have apologised, if not for Surbhi but for himself that he had said this.

@KD, when a thief or pickpocket are looked down upon socially, why do you segregate this segment, care to comment? Would like to know your thought on this one eben though it OTT.

Difference between KV and Shree is he doesn't slap, abuse, whine or slander.

@BOLD-You mean me?Or people in general?

There are a lot of biases society has ingrained in us and instilled a perception consisting of stereotype for certain practices or ways of life in society. And the onus of what perception or view one holds of what is right and wrong is totally on an individual themselves.
I cannot talk on everyone's behalf,I can only say what my views are and how I feel, but with the changing times and the day and age of feminism and liberalism on the rise(for the better of course)
I expect people to be more aware and adhere their school of thought to treat everyone as equals barring what they do to earn a living or what ever shady past one may have had.

But like I've said, society has ingrained certain biases and way of thinking in us, so it's still a long way to go before the majority can be so tolerant of certain things/practices.

I hope I wasn't too OTT in answering your question,and moreover,hope I made some sense.😆

I respect ur age, that's why never commented on ur post.

But today i am forced to comment. Sorry Sir,U dont like KV,its fine. But to justify ur point u gave cooking policy of Dipika n Megha as example. This is not at all acceptable.

No one has forced them to be in the kitchen team . They chose it for their own benefits.

I am asking only about yours. I gave you a reference of a thief and a pickpocket to know if earning for a living is somehow linked to morality of action involved in making such a living. Do you believe that the constitutional or legal morality in India justifies such conclusions as drawn by you?
