Basically Deepak doesn't mean anything he says. Deepak means something else and says something else.

Deepak is a highly misunderstood guy.

He's a poor villager with no electricity to learn the ways of city bred people. The lack of electricity in his house did not let him learn speech forms, and hence he often omits words like 'best' before Man and Woman and speaks out something which he didn't mean. His lack of electricity and internet facilities did not let him learn the actual meaning of chal chalan through Google and hence look at his plight. He also in the lack of electricity could not watch the movie PINK and did not realise that no means no of city bred people.

I am with this misunderstood guy.
