No one's claiming Dipika is infalliable. Point here is if KV thought Rohit deserved to go to jail for a valid reason why did he nominate Dipika for something that made no sense.

KV's decision of going against Dipika sahi tab hota, jab wo yeh na bolta Haan yaar Rohit should have gone to jail.

Nope - she was fair and she single-handedly made him captain - no variables whatsoever.
