Because whatever 'arrangements' he and Jasleen made, its their personal matter. Even if he came to BB by faking his love story, how is it affecting Romil & company? Except for Khan sisters, every jodi faked their so called relationship.
Moreover Anup ji wasn't present in the situation to defend himself. It is impolite to drag a person unnecessarily in a fight & talk shit about him/her and use him/her as a weapon to hurt others. I guess that's what KV meant by respect. Respect matlab ye hi nahi hota ki bilkul paero mein gir jao.
Also, just because you don't wish to respect certain people, doesn't mean you can go around slinging mud on them.

Maybe what he is saying is true. We don't know the whole story. Maybe Jasleen is equally involved in all this. They never looked like lovers on the show tbh. Only both of them and the BB makers know what is the truth. He's sharing his side of the story. Jasleen, when comes out, will share her side of the story. Maybe she'll agree with him, maybe not. It's between them.
