Karanvir is right and wrong at the same time

Karanvir was definitely talking about something else which is why when Shiv said that, Rohit swings both ways, Karanvir said that, what are you talking about. t was a natural reaction of Karanvir where he was annoyed with Shiv for talking about a completely different topic than what KV was actually saying.

Karanvir was genuinely talking about something else and he definitely scolded Shiv for going out of topic.

But, in the bedroom,Karanvir was making fun of Rohit that, Deepak and Romil are purposely talking to Rohit because he is gay. There was this conversation happening when Rohit came and Surbhi was also a part of this where many housemates were making fun of Romil and Deepak because Romil's secret was also used to make fun of his sexuality.

Therefore, Karanvir is innocent in the first situation, but he did make fun of Rohit in the bedroom where he was saying how Deepak and Romil are not leaving Rohit.
