I would like Neha a lot better if she were more upfront about who she is as a person. We see hints of a personality from her every now and then but then she goes back to portraying the person she feels like she should be. I'm not saying that she isn't a calm person naturally, not at all, what I am saying is that she's very much capable of nastiness but pretends otherwise.
I feel like what she dubs her inner haiwan is actually the real, unfiltered Neha that she wants to keep at bay due to being image conscious. She wants people to think she's nicer than she really is, which is why she blatantly lied to Shrishti about her words and to Kriti/Roshmi regarding the nominations. Both very shady incidents btw.
That is why I don't buy the whole innocent thing that some people try to sell when it comes to her. Her actions can be very calculated. I'm not saying she's evil incarnate, but the "nice girl with a guilty conscience" thing is very much a facade. I do feel like her offering her balls to Saba and taking her own name for nominations was more of damage control than actual guilt eating at her.
If she lets go of that ridiculous mahanta complex and that "nice girl" front, I think she does have the potential to make the game interesting. If she stays, that is.
