He expects people to listen to him and accept his opinions but can't do the same for others.
He threatens to quit at every minor inconvenience.

Today, Neha was really nice to him and didn't say anything wrong but Sree took it extremely personally and ended up acting like an ass. He only ended up proving her right cuz someone who's mentally strong wouldn't let something so trivial affect them so badly.
Also, his behaviour was disrespectful towards the other HMs too. They all had to wear that tag no matter how much they disagreed with it because it was a TASK. Why does he always have to act like a special snowflake? No wonder some HMs believe that he thinks he's better than everyone cuz rn this dude is coming across as a huge narcissist.
