If Romil would'nt have been aggressive in the task then the jodi's excuse to send him to kaal kothri would have been that he failed to give his 100% and consequently deserved jail. It was 'The devil and deep sea' situation as there was no clear cut strategy and everyone wanted to escape the jail for the fear of getting automatically nominated like the last time.
