Yes. Sree was found guilty by BCCI. Indian Penal Code didn't have regulations to accept phone recordings as evidence so the court acquitted him, but BCCI didn't as the phone recordings had him guilty.

P.S. I told this only coz he himself is discussing this.

If I remember right he was charged for betting not fixing.

Anyway a person is innocent until proven guilty and the courts haven't declared him guilty.

Kundra'a case was for betting, which is illegal in India. He admitted to betting on his own team and losing huge amounts of money because Rajasthan Royals weren't that great, he received a life time ban.
