Ok So here U go .
See Aarav can / will never ever be negative as he is the MALE LEAD . Plus Gopal trying to unite AarHi is one more reason that why Aarav can not be negative . So my Prediction is that Aarav is an undercover Investigating officer who came here to solve Pihu's murder Mystery . Since he came as an undercover agent he took his another identity as an owner of a big Company and he is handling that simultaneously with trying to gather proofs and clues about this murder case . Reason for him coming as an undercover investigating officer is that the File had been closed already . So he can't work on this case openly anymore . Also he needs to be hidden so that he could get some more clues about this case .
Another reason why I think and have strong feeling about it coz Aarav hesitating about Police contact , Him asking to Suchi about Pihu again & again , That inspector greets Aarav as Sir as if he is his Senior . He stops at "Yeh toh humaare.." (Notice that Aarav stops him) . Now we saw Aarav giving all instructions to that inspector about the case .
Most imp clue is that Just after this thought came to my mind , I saw One YT video of One website where they said the same thing . Thy also told that it is Subodh who made this case closed . So this gives us the answers of why he is scared from Aarav and doesn't want Anandita to be around Aarav .
