Title: JB asks DB: Where is Eklingji ka prasad?
I hope you all had a good weekend!
So today starts praphool wedding! its going to be a dramatic one, with akbar coming in baraat lol, and DB scheming, and Ajabdeh moping!
Ajabdeh's overwhelming sadness- so kings and princes having more than one wife is not new for her, her father would have had more than one wife, she would have seen Phool's multiple moms, and multiple grandmas! so how can she be so sad, now if a man did that in today's time, the wife would get him arrested if not killed! but in that time, it was expected, it was part of life! Im sure initially all first wives felt bad but having seen their own mother and mothers cope with it all, they would have accepted it! I know that its not right, if you go with equality, than women should be able to have multiple husbands if men can have multiple wives, but anywho...
JB sees all- I love how she showed DB that she is not someone who prays all day and has no clue whats going on, she is clever and she lets DB know that! DB knows that she has gotten caught in the past, but what DB is banking on is that she will get away with it, like most of the times in the past, because JB was too emotional at that time to tell on DB,but now times have changed! if JB has the the courage to speak up in the royal court and challenge DB's goodness, than DB shouls start thinking of her escape plan!!
East vs west symbolism= so JB says the mandir is in east not west as DB went in the west! so that is symbolic because most mandirs face the east to face the sunrise and west, is associated with sunset and with invasion! all major invaders of Bharat have come from the west, symbolically showing the end of a certain kingdom, time or place! DB taunts JB saying that she is always in the temple so she must have mis heard, but JB says that beware otherwise she will have to leave the temple! Thats symbolic because JB is saying that she is good, and saintly but if DB shows her colors, then she will have to step out of her goodness and show her kali swaroop that every mother, wife and veerangna has!
but loved that confrontation! and i loved her taunt about prasad, DB didnt bring any lol!
JB- in orange- orange is associated with a sadhu, showing that they are above all the material world! JB coming into the political world is not wrong for a sadhu because when a sadhu enters war, the sadhu becomes a warrior!
Akbar= I dont know what CVs are trying to show, couldnt they just leave akbar out of this? they could have shown the wedding and then power struggle for the throne, but no they had to bring the green-eyed bandar in all this!!
Praphool wedding starts!
Akbar coming - the news reaches Guruji who leaves the wedding venue!
the parallel is obvious- as they say that in marriage you can sleep with your enemy lol! so one enemy is there, and the other one is coming! how convenient!!
Ghatbandhan- so Ajabdeh does the tying of the clothes, symbolic of binding Praphool together for life! its symbolic because in the past, she had made sure she got praphool together! and today after so many years, its happening for real! but with this binding, she is creating more tangles in the relations with her husband, because three clothes dont make a strong bond, they tangle!

only thing I liked about the episode is JB!!!!! watch for JB only!
