********

BTW, Do check my latest thread...
Mughal account of Jauhar, Saka & Massacre at Battle of Chittor

Direct Link of Post : Mughal record of Jauhar of Rajput Women & Saka of Rajput Warriors at 3rd Siege of Chittor(1567-68) + Mughal Victory followed by Massacre of Rajput Civilians | Battle of Chittor Part-5 | With Portraits from Akbarnama & personal pictures of Chittor Fort

I will be posting the Rajput records of this battle, by this weekend, most probably..

********

What an episode.! MasterPiece.!
All warriors meet their wives before going for Jauhar and Saka.

1.
Patta meets his mother and his wife , before going for battle.

But he finds His wife - Jiwa Bai Solanki and his mother - Sajjan Bai Songara Chauhan are also ready to fight with him.. We know they fought in reality also in the Battle of Chittor.!

2.
Isar Das Chauhan's meeting with his wife reminded me of Prithvi Raj Chauhan, especially his wife's dialogue -> "Hum Chauhan hain. Ek Chauhan ki Aankhein kabhi nam nahi hoti"..

3.
Jaimal, Rawat Ji, Sanda Ji and Todia Ji meet their their wives. Jaimal was remembering his son, as he could not meet him before going for Saka.

Note:
All the above 3 encounters were shown in such a royal manner without any OTT drama. I actually loved the screenplay.

4.
Pratap-Ajabde in unconscious state are, taken out of palace by ChakraPani Mishra.

5.
Kshtranis get ready for Jauhar and invoke their deities.
The warriors get ready for Saka and station themselves at Lakhauta Gate, Padan Pol, Suraj Pol, Chitturi Dwar.

6.
The hails reach Mughal Camp.
Akbar understands that tomorrow is going to be the FINAL battle.

Overall, an awesome episode. The ones who watch it can ACTUALLY FEEL the emotions of the people. Hats Off to the Creatives. I have shared my views. Please share your views as well. It will be worth knowing from your end also.

Yes Abhay! It was a brilliant episode! Thank you for this post
The episode portrays all the emotions and feelings in an amazing and real manner...it actually feels as if we are right there...I get goosebumps seeing each and every episode nowadays...
Patta's wife and the other Rajputanis who decided to fight are very brave as that cod be as tough..
As for the Veeranganas who are ready to perform Jauhar...they are very brave as well
All the women are amazing examples of bravery and are true fighters and sacrifices for their self respect, dignity and honour!
All the farewells were very sad but as you said there wasn't any melodrama which we would normally get to see in any other serial..it was perfectly done..
The way the ministers talked to their wives..each of their dialogues were well written and all the scenes were equally emotional and good...
The ministers do have excellent courage and the way they say Jai Mewar Jai Wklingji with pride is amazing to see...

It is going to be very tough seeing the episode on Monday and the other episodes next week as we are going to see all these excellent examples of bravery breathing their last for their motherland

I'm proud of each and every one of these Veers and Veeranganas

Jai Eklingji!

highly emotional episode !!

Though the entire episode was fantastic, i particularly liked patta's scene with his mother and wife. Patta, being a true warroir, was swept away to see the warrior spirit equally present in the 2 women he loved most - his mother and wife. It was such a heart-tugging moment when he gave his own sword to his wife, such was his belief and pride in her and her ability to fight the Mughals and protect her honor.

The second scene i liked most was when isar das chauhan's wife says that no matter what the circumstances, a Chauhan's eyes are never wet ( with tears). Though i am not a Rajput, i identify strongly with this sentiment because i learnt this at my mother's knees - the strongest woman i know - that tears are not the solution to any problem, we have to face life and keep moving ahead.

Thanks Abhay for a beautiful post :)

The episode was fantastic!👏The patta scene with his mom and rajput heroes with their wives was really amazing. And i like how jaimal ji's wife was leading the women to jauhar.
Good to see jiwa and sajjan baiji actually taking part in the war.
And now i'm having the feeling that no matter what, the chittor seige track was and is being actually handled well.Yes,it was stretched too much and that unnecessary track of pratap trying to kill akbar in his khema was a bit too much. But it was all really worth to see the saka and jauhar.😊

wonderful episode...and thanks 4 this wonderful post...really India is proud to be home to the mighty warriors who set new examples for the rest to follow in every era⭐️
as per your post , the jauher hadn't took place in the actual jauher kund...coz mughals had already entered the fort..😭...but I think, cv's are not going to show in this way...jauher kund already has been prepared.
