Chapter 47
Uday Singh could feel it in his bones that this trip would be a game changer in his life for obvious reasons his JB now knew the truth that he never cheated on her, he met Vikram and was happy to note that the toddler called him Daata, Rawatji left ahead of them and met with Pratap and the others, Akbar and Pratap worked their differences over and even Pratap and Ajabde had come closer to each other. He knew this trip was going to be a good one for all of them after all he will meet all of his sons and the family will come under the same roof to plan and hopefully after his children learn the truth they might accept him as well because he knew that JB would take her own time to come to any decision about him
Ajabde and Subho were drunk that was the only conclusion everyone in the room could come up to both of them were high in spirits enjoying them by stumbling into everything and nothing. Vikram was having fun too he saw Akbar and ran to him. Shakti and Rawatji were taking care of the gunman who was taken into hiding after they sent DB the message
Pratap narrowed his eyes at Chakri and Som who were trying to hide behind a chair but failing miserably
Pratap: Do I need to give you an invitation to start speaking making both his friends look at each other scared while Akbar held Vikram while enjoying the show and Ajabde who along with Subho was lost in her own land
Ajabde: Invitation? Whose invited us and where and when? Tell me...Pratap tell me please
Pratap looked at Akbar for help but he was laughing so irritated he turned back to the two extras
Chakri: Baujiraj we tried to stop them but after what happened we felt that Bhabisa might need some space so we left them alone for like 5 minutes only
Som: Yes Baujiraj we saw a caf and we were really hungry so we decided to get something to eat while Bhabisa were looking at these stalls but when we got back with the food they were not there
Chakri: We heard loud cheering and found both of them drinking - it was a competition Baujiraj and some fool challenged her (he looked in Ajabde's direction who was trying to play peek-a-boo with the lounge chair)
Suddenly they all hear a thump and then
Ajabde: I'm alright...Subho are you alright?
Subho who had been staring at the wall for the last 5 minutes said: No this foolish wall just wouldn't move Ajabde...make it move
Ajabde: Wall wouldn't move... Wait I'm coming but the alcohol did not allow her to get up as it made her dizzy so she fell back on the ground sending Akbar into a fit of laughter and Pratap tried to get to her
Ajabde: Pratap I can't move, the ground is not letting me move. Tell the ground to let me move
Subho: Ground is not moving. Ajabde ground doesn't move, make the wall move
Ajabde: Okay. Pratap make the wall move
Pratap looked at Chakrapani pointing towards Subhagyawati and within 5 minutes Pratap was left alone with Ajabde even Akbar left taking Vikram with him on the promise of games and yummy food in his room
Chapter 48
Ajabde looked at the ceiling from where she was lay when suddenly Pratap's face came over her making her smile but the frown on his face made her sad so she lifted her fingers and touched his forehead trying to wipe it off and mumbled: Don't frown otherwise you'll get frown lines on your face and I like your face the way it is
She then gestured for him to lie down beside her while she created images out of her crazy imagination and babbled all the things she wanted to do but the one thing Pratap was not ready was for her confession. He got up and got Ajabde up as well - he wanted her to go to sleep but as he moved Ajabde decided in an impulse to tell him about her feelings. She pulled him back making him fall on the couch and climbed on top of him before he could say a word she began
Last night was for you and now is my turn so stay still and listen - takes a deep breath

My reason for coming here was too bring you your happiness and if that meant walking away from you then I would have done it no matter how much it pained me. I came to know about Phool's real plan to trap you so I changed my plan to expose her because I did not want you to get hurt and then you went and started acting like you are my husband and said all those things I got confused but during the dinner while we were dancing together it felt so right you know so perfect besides you got jealous of Akbar as well that my hopes rekindled so what I'm trying to tell you is that I love you more than my own life Pratap Singh Songara and am going to hold you to your promise of making me happy and then she pressed her lips to his
Pratap held her tight and kissed his wife. I love you more than my own life Pratap Singh Songara was playing in his mind she loved him like he loved her. He broke the kiss as Ajabde placed her head on his chest he moved his fingers in her hair patting them. He felt like nothing could go wrong in his life anymore because he had Ajabde with him. He said Ajabde I will make you the happiest bride of the world anything and everything you desire will be yours besides you are my good luck charm and I never lose when you are with me
She said I don't know about everything but we are replacing that horrible couch in the bedroom that has to go
Pratap: You mean the awesome couch where you dreamt of Arjun Kapoor?
Ajabde (blushes): I don't know about that but I do know that you will end up sleeping on it for the rest of your life if it is not changed
Pratap smiles: Choose a new one and we will replace it. Now come you need to rest
Ajabde: I'm not tired (yawns and looks at him sheepishly) maybe I am tired but I don't want to move
Pratap lifts her and carries her to his room there he tucks her and gives her a kiss on the forehead before going back out
Chapter 49
Pratap was staring the people sitting in front of him well they were his parents but he had not been in the same room as his estranged father for some time and to see him sitting alongside his mother was taking a toll on him but the mention of DB had him all focused on the task at hand
Everyone excluding the girls was gathered together as they made a plan to expose DB in front of the entire community but that meant exposing Phool as well who was being used as a tool- though Pratap and Akbar did not give a second thought on her as they felt she deserved it but JB's voice of reason had them thinking
As per the plan one day before the tender submission Pratap, Akbar and Rawatji would go and catch the leak who had been giving away information from the offices. Uday Singh would make his entry into the conference on the day of declaration while Chakri, Som and Veeni would make sure that Phool is kept away from the venue. Shakti will keep an eye on DB and Maan will shadow Surtan Singh and in the evening before the contract owner is announced a special clip will be played paying homage to DB's evil deeds
Akbar: If you don't mind we can also get a written confession from her in exchange for the video clip we have made with all the evidence gathered till now that way she would have to give up everything and leave
JB: That is true
US: No. We will not make any deals with that woman
Pratap: He is right we cannot make any deals with her because even if she gives us a written confession and leaves she will return for revenge and we cannot have that. I want her finished with Akbar
Shakti: We could do both- you know bhai we could offer her a deal and still play the video
Pratap: We do not make false promises Shakti
Shakti: Leave that area to me. Just let me speak to her when the time comes and I promise you that she will be gone from our lives forever. We have one day to prepare for everything so let's get to work
Phool was sitting on the beach staring at the waves coming and going her mind was full of thoughts especially the stuff Tota had said to DB. She had called back to find out about him but the response she got made her sick so she came out to the beach hoping that maybe the waves might give her some answers. TD was staring at the sea lost in thoughts of his lost love but he was happy that Ajabde had someone like Pratap to take care of her when his gaze fell on Phool
TD: May I sit with you
Phool looked at him and nodded
Phool: You know it is so strange that we thing we know ourselves and people around us when the reality is we do not know a thing
TD: Well if we knew everything then we would be God but are not knowing makes us humans because it allows us to make mistakes and also when given the opportunity to correct them
Phool: but what if you committed a sin?
TD: Then seek forgiveness
Phool: Have you ever loved someone?
TD: that's complicated but still yes. I fell in love with this beautiful innocent amazing girl whose smile could brighten up everyone's day and her eyes hold so much of warmth
Phool: So have you confessed?
TD: she is married
Phool: I'm sorry
TD: I'm not you know I'm happy for her that she found a man who loves her as much as she loves him. They make an amazing couple
Phool: I was in love once - he made all my days look amazing and so colourful. I was so happy but then I had to go and ruin it because I feel for the words of the wrong person
TD: Then tell him you made a mistake if that man loves you like you did then he will forgive you
Phool: No he won't well he can't forgive me
TD: Why not?
Phool: Because he is dead
