Before I begin-
as we can all guess Pratap will be miserable without Ajabdeh when he goes back to Chittod, he will be a devdas lol; And US just might see this and may tell his son to go get his love after all they cant hold on the past forever!
Title: Chetak knows best & Mughal Shadow creeping towards Mewar!
Chetak knows best- even an animal knows whats right! Chetak is back and he wont go without Ajabdeh! Out of all the people who could have said that Ajabdeh should return to Mewar, it was an animal who was smarter than any of those human fools who wouldnt leave without her! Says a lot about humans, we often compare a inhuman person to an animal, but should we do that? because animals have hearts and know right from wrong, they dont even speak our language but they read emotions and they are brillant like that!
Dear Ajabdeh just take the horse, Pratap will come after you lol!
anywho Pratap tells Chetak he cant take her as he bound by his promises! men and their useless promises!
Ajabdeh just looks on in tears, dear buck up, go back inside and carry on with being the ruler of Bijolia, he will come around and he will have to do a lot more than beg for your forgiveness!
AJabdeh's mom comes and asks her what happened, and tells her mom that what ever he said was the most loving thing and that she could live her life with those moments and words! oh geez, yeh 16th century ke love stories mood off kardiya!
Jalal finds out that BDK lost his head literally! And the messenger also says that Pratap has sworn that as long as he lives he will never let mughals take mewar! Well that history for you- Pratap spent all his life doing just that, and Mughals were never able to conquer mewar while he was alive! Jai Maharana Pratap!
US says that he has to find out the reason why he didnt find out about bijolia's problem! As I said before US highlights that if Pratap had not gone to bijolia they would have lost Bijolia- so its mostly political if not all!
Rawatji says that after JB left you never were interested in anything but today you are back to your old self- I would like to highlight that Bijolia is the reason he came out of his junkie state, if it had not been for Ajabdeh, US would not have come out of this, why do i credit Ajabdeh? well firstly she is very much like JB and US subconsciously is drawn to bijolia because of his wife's friendship with HB; second if Ajabdeh had not sent Patta to Chittod then pratap would have never come to Bijolia! so at the end of the day the credit goes to Ajabdeh but then again she didnt receive any credit but she is the director of the operation and directors dont usually get the same fame as the actors (Patta, Pratap, US)
Pratap meets his dad and he says that the man behind the curtain is Akbar! He talks about incorporating guns into the army- history- yes guns were in India at that time, Akbar actually fired a gun at a mewari general during the seize! But I dont know if Mewari sena had guns!
Edit: jalal fighting- LET me remind you all that in real history Akbar was not a fighter like Pratap, but he was a good fighter, he didnt have six packs, he was actually stoky, not drop dead handsome, but very strong- he was known for being a strategist- he didnt just get most of north india under his rule without strategy, he almost never went out to fight battles, he sent his generals, I believe he only went to Chittod to fight but briefly! He was like the CEO of the mughal raj. SO I would like to add that in his early days yes he did go to battle quite often and was known to lead his men, but from my understanding later in life he used his generals more often than not.
Edit: Let me Remind everyone that History is written by the victors and so it can be manipulated or changed and we would never know, so what ever we read we have to take it with a grain of salt. Akbar's life was documented by the Akbarnama but of course it was written by the mughals themselves so everything cant be believed and so multiple sources have to be read and evaluated to properly understand who he was, same goes for Maharana Pratap, of course he was technically not the victor so his stories are usually told in local folklore and local historians. But it is true that apart from Haldighatti, most of the other wars where Pratap was defending forts, he almost always won if he was present (including Kumbhalgarh which he defended).
Pratap fighting- very nice to see him fight and the bg music was a nice touch!
jalal is talking about Pratap- yeh pyaar nahi toh kya hai!! maa da ladla bigad gaya! anywho he talks about how he is very friendly with his people and very righteous person, nyay priya! He says that Pratap's power is the power of the people, people love him!
jalal says he will make pratap and his people get on their knees! well betaji that aint going to happen!
end scene- Pratap catching the mewari flag- just shows his commitment to his motherland and that he would do anything to save it!
precap- ajabdeh gets her jewelry back; DB gets a foreshadowing that Pratap will be Maharana Pratap!!!!
im not a fan of today's episode, i didnt mind Pratap being indirectly praised by Akbar lol but it was a filler episode, cvs are sooo dumb, they have multiple tracks open and wont even end one stinking track!!!
