Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap

Written Update November 4, 2014

Episode starts with Akbar asking Badshah Khan why he dared to come close to him without his permission knowing the punishment. Badshah Khan tells him that he also wants Bijolia just how Akbar wants Bijolia. He says he has heard how from his childhood, he has an emotional connection to Bijolia and wants it. Akbar dismisses him and tells his men to take Badshah Khan to a medic and get him treated before he leaves.

Ajabde is seen advising the farmers on what to do with their lands in order to get a better crop yield. She says that Balwant will take care of all the hardships they will suffer from not growing the crops this time around. She adds that if the crop yield is better, they will double the amount of ration. The men tell her that they will triple it if they ask her. Patta comes and tells her that people from all across the land are coming to attend the Diwali Mela. Ajabde tells Balwant to go as she turns to speak to Patta. She tells him that she has taken a decision that she has made the man from Chittor the general of Bijolia's army. Patta is shocked.

Pratap and Chakrapani are working on thier arrows and Chakrapani asks him how Baijilal agreed to make him a part of the army so quickly. Pratap replies that Patta's sister was probably the person who convinced Baijilal. Chakrapani says that his interest has peaked in Patta's sister. Pratap looks at him and Chakrapani immediately apologises and says that he was just saying so. Pratap tells Chakrapani that he is right. As much as he trusts Patta's sister, he distrusts Baijilal just as equally.

Patta tells Ajabde that she didn't even trust him until yesterday and today she's making him a part of the army. Patta says what if later on he turns out to be a spy from Chittor just as she had thought earlier but Ajabde refuses. She says to him that she knows he won't do something like that because she saw with her own eyes that when everyone was gone, he came and offered whatever he could for the funds required to buy weapons. No spy can do something like that. Patta says that what if this is just another plan, what if this is just a way to win her trust? What if he is convinced that there is someone who is definitely watching him. Ajabde once again refuses and says she has read his eyes. She has seen the truth and the trust in his eyes. She says she doesn't know what his inner turmoils are but as long as he is with them against the Afghans, and if he has as much passion to fight against the Afghans as they do, then there is no need to know any more about him. Patta says he still thinks that she is taking this decision in haste. Ajabde tells him that they don't have time. Afghans are fast approaching. She says she needs to hand the leadership to someone eligible and hopes that Patta will not think this decision to be a lack of trust in him. She says that he is still as important to her as always and if that castle helper is Ram then he is Laxman. In the battle of the lanka the presence of both of them is a must. Patta says but how can she let a man who came only two days ago become a general? Ajabde tells him he knows how their army is like, you know the strength, you know the weaknesses. Your help will make him into a good army man. She asks if he isn't feeling bad that she didn't tell him earlier. Patta replies that yes he does feel a little bad but if she has taken the decision then so be it. He says that even he doesn't think that Pratap is that bad. He is his friend, but if he tries anything funny then he will take care of him. Ajabde laughs and says she should be worried about Pratap. She tells him to go and get ready. Ajabde looks down at her bandaged hand.

Pratap is pulling out the arrows he prepared from the tree. He tells Chakrapani to go but Patta comes and stops him. Patta praises him for his hard work. Pratap says that they are running out of time. Patta says that is okay but says that he doesn't need to do that anymore because Baijilal has made him a part of the army of Bijolia. Chakrapani says that they already know this but Pratap cuts across him and says that Patta has brought very good news. He also says that he is indebted to his sister for if she had not convinced Baijilal, then this decision would not have been made. Patta tells him that his sister has done what is her duty. For her land. Patta says let's go introduce you to the army.

Jagmal is seen writing down a list of possession of one of the men. Dheer Bai comes and asks what is going on but Jagmal says not to interrupt him in his matters. She tells Daman Singh that she had asked for some assassins to be sent to Bijolia. He replies that they have reached and will do their work.

Bhima is seen terrorising a man and tells him that he must be killed because he will go and warn everyone else and there won't be anyone left for him to loot. He then kills him. Bhima tells his men to get ready. They will reach Bijolia and steal everything. There is another task for him and that is to injure Pratap seriously. This task has been assigned to him by Daman Singh and he will give them the price they ask for.

Dheer Bai says she knows he will do his task with the utmost dedication otherwise he knows her anger. Daman Singh tells her that he won't give her a chance to get angry. Dheer Bai says that time is running out and the messages being sent to Rana Ji from Bijolia are becoming more and more difficult to stop. And on top of that Pratap is in Bijolia. For how long must she hide this from Rana Ji. He must to do something that will make Pratap come from Bijolia. She tells Jagmal he is wasting his time. He tells her that she has made him the head of this operation so he should have something to bribe Daman Singh if he doesn't fulfill his duty. When Daman Singh starts to fail then he will make sure that he suffers. Dheer Bai tells him that it is difficult to read what is going on in his head. Jagmal tells him that is why he has been chosen to become Raja and she has been chosen to become Pat Rani. She smiles at him.

Patta introduces the men in the army to Pratap. He says they are all very brave but need some guidance. He tells the men that their commander will be Pratap. The men get shocked but Patta tells them that this isn't Kunwar Pratap, but rather just Pratap. Just their names are same but they are very different. He then hands over the leadership to Pratap. As Patta is about to introduce the men, Pratap says the name of all men and knows many of them. He shocks Patta and the men. He tells the men that they will begin from tomorrow and dismisses them. Patta asks him how he knows so much. Pratap says why shouldn't he know? They are his companions on the battlefield. The battlefield is where they will have to fight together and die together. To know about his companions is his duty. Patta is impressed and says that he knows quite a bit but he should learn just a bit more from him. Patta says after a while he will be able to handle the men but Pratap says that he is there with him so why the worry. Patta laughs it off and says he is with him and isn't running away anywhere. Patta then leaves. Chakrapani asks Pratap that he does realise that after he has prepped the army to fight the Afghans, after they defeat the Afghans, the same army will then fight against Chittor. Pratap declines and says that after fighting in a war with him once, these men will be in favor of him and they will do what he tells them. Chakrapani asks what will he tell them. Pratap replies that he will declare Baijilal an enemy of the state. Chakrapani is shocked.

Ajabde is surprised when Patta tells her that Pratap knows the names of all men in the army. Patta says he has been in town only for a few days and knows everything about the army. It is strange. How can a castle servant know so much? Ajabde tells Patta that she has told him several times not to judge a man by his status. She says that she was titled Samant Putri and was looked at with displeasure in the Mewar. She says she knows how it feels to be looked at in such a demeaning way. She says it is not a sin to be a castle helper. Patta says that she has felt bad from what he said. He says that he didn't mean what she understood. He says it is jsut a bit strange and even a bit unusual, including how she trusts him so much. Ajabde makes an excuse and is about to leave, but Patta stops her and asks if she trusts him that much then why is she still wearing the clothes of a villager. Why doesn't she tell him that she is Baijilal.
