Ratan Singh - Change usually begins at the bottom of society and of heirarchy and today Ratan Singh battle cry proved that! Though the precap only show the worst, I think that its not a bad omen but the beginning and until you have really lost, you are still winning!
Child's instinct- After all Pratap is a child compared to the others! And children many times notice and see things that adults dont pick up on!
This entire week seems to be thrilling and fast paced... I liked yesterday too!
Loved your analysis especially the ones marked above...😊
The best scene yesterday beside JB- Pratap conversation definitely was when
Pratap told Rawatjee-
"Aap yudh ki tayyari kijiye, hum yeh jaanne ka prayatn karte hain ki hamara khilaf koi shadyantra toh nahi racha ja raha"
In Chess the significant half of the battle is using your foresight to preempt what strategy your opponent has on his mind. The other bit of the sport is won by making the right moves...
Pratap is working around this war like a true warrior...
He has always wanted to avoid the war unlike all these (so-called adult) kings!
Total agreement on how wisely JB advised Pratap to leave havan after first charan. Shows that not only this mother understands her son well but is a wonderful stateswoman too! She knows that she cant be rigid with tradition with the enemy at the gate...
As much as I love Ajabde, a little of the ice-cold water (from the Scandinavian frozen lake that Phool will be plunged into) has to put on her head too!
She loves Prataap so much but turned her heart into steel, but in case of Phool, why doesn't she see beyond her blind faith in her naive BFF...
So much so that she is not even thinking of what state Pratap might be in now...! Or the impending war!
