I know of these four brothers
1) Shakti Singh joined mughal service as Amir fought for Akbar along with Sagar Singh. In abttle of haldighatti he saved Pratap from 4 Afghan soldiers who follwed pratap till river by killing them and giving his horse to Pratap to escape. After few time the mughal commander(i do not remember name) got doubt of how Pratap escaped and wanted to question Shakti Singh in court. So he was produced before Prince Salim(Akbar was not in court or that place) and he refused any knowledge of that day's events when 4 afghan soldiers died. Salim told him if he tells truth he will forgive and Shakti told him he could not see his own brother dying in front of eyes just like Salim would not want to watch his brothers die in front of him and hence killed 4 soldiers and gave his horse to Pratap to escape. Salim agreed with him that no brother can stand watching another die in front of his eyes and despite all demanding justice he forgave him and told him to leave Mughal services and go back to his family. On way he captured a fort and then joined Pratap.
Its believed that Salim already knew that Shakti had helped Pratap because he was present in battle of haldighatti. When battle became very intense and his mahout was killed he was sent off from battle field. At the time Shakti saved Pratap by killng 4 soldiers he had apprently seen it from an hill top which he was exploring. Akbar was wild when he came to know of this matter. He refused to meet Man Singh for months and Akbar was very furious with Salim too.
2) Sagar singh also was in mughal army and went away with Mir Shakti Singh to join Pratap
3) Jagmal died while serving in mughal army
4) One more brother i think Vikram(cannot remember name) stabbed himself in Mughal court feeling guilty of how Pratap is struggling
