Rana Udai relents to allow Shakti and PRatap's fight to be the decider for the position of the heir of Mewar. The courtiers object, the subjects are confused and surprised... The king still stands on his promise of doing it.. he had promised his son Shakti of it... The king has to go beyond his own wishes and popularity of a particular prince among the subjects to give an equal chance to both to prove their merit.
Raghavendra to is unhappy that a fight which is supposed to be for learning purposes had been given a political colour defeating the purpose of it. It didnot bode well for the kingdom...
Bhatiyani continues scheming by praising Shakti and asks him to win the fight. Tells her basket of lies that she has woken to the fact Pratap is not the only eligible heir ..Shakti is one with equal equivalence...
Jayvanta gives Pratap the reason to fight with honesty and the desire to win.. Because he has in him the qualities to become a good ruler... To place the needs of others,his subjects before him.. Which Shakti cannot... Pratap agrees to fight for the need of his motherland...
Bhatiyani plots to use her infant in injuring Pratap before the bout so that he looses...koi koi is stunned at her mistress's ruthlessness.
Shamz Khan is told that Pratap and Shakti will fight for the crown.and the fight is to be witnessed by all the subjects.. shamz is happy he can now plot the demise of Pratap...
He is among the workers who are readying the competition field...He adds gunpowder in the base of the pole which hoists the flag of Mewar...
The flag had brought forth his fall by Pratap...
Shamz now wants to see Pratap meet his downfall the same way...
