Today :
Rustom looks at lolitas photo and remembers when they were sitting together and she asks him as to when we are getting married. he says that when we are having good life without marriage, why should we get married. lolita gets up and says that i need marriage, children. he tells her to relax, she gets upset and says that if u want to lead life like this, then leave me, i will go far away from here. he says dont talk like this again and asks what she wants. she says that i wish that u leave this work, and we will lead a normal honest life. he says we cant leave honest life, police are following us, anything will happen. give me some time, i will think and we will do something but we have to plan for it. lolita is happy and says that if u wish, we can do anything.
rustom is remembering this when his man walks to him and says congratulations, dr.dev has confronted his first defeat. rustom says that means our goal is not far away.
at devs house, mehek is telling a poem to devs ister rishika and says that when mom comes back, i m going to tell her this poem and rishika gets upset. mehek asks what is the matter. In the hall, dev is telling his mom that this girl knows everything abt me, hows that possible. his mom comforts him saying dont be so upset, he says why not, the things only a mom knows and only a wife has right to know, she knows everything. then his servant amar singh walks in and dev looks at him suspicously and asks him that weather u drank and told anybody anything. devs brother-in-law says why are u taking suspicsion on this poor fellow, he too is upset with the way things are. dev says that amar singh gives me back massage, so he knows that i have mole on my shoulder, have u told this to anybody ? amar singh says no saab, i did not, i swear i will die but never tell anybody anything. dev tells him to go, and says that what is happening. brother in law says that when we left at airport and came back, suhana bhabi was in outhouse. dev is surprised and asks as to what she was doing in outhouse and where was mehek at that time ? brother in law says that mehek was outside when we came home. dev asks where is mehek now ? mom says that she is in her room now. he goes to see mehek, mehek tells him that i m going to give this poem to mom, when is she going to come ? dev says that i will ask u something, if u tell me the true answer, she will come back. he asks her that when mom got burnt that night, what happened ? she says that we were walking in the garden, waiting for yr plane. scene shown as mehek asking suhana as to when papas plane will come, suhana said that there is still time, lets go inside. mehek says lets do one thing, why dont u go and change in red wedding saree. when papa sees u in that saree, he will recognise us from plane. suhana goes inside to change and mehek sees mickey mouse waving at her and he goes to the outhouse, and she follows him in the outhouse and calls mehek. at the same time, mehek hears suhana calling her from outside and mehek thinks that maybe papas plane has come, so she comes out of the outhouse and sees plane taking off and then sees outhouse on fire and suhana inside and suhana then falls unconscious. dev says that what did u say, was it was an acutal mickey mouse, mehek says yes, it was very big, dev asks as to where that mickey mouse went, mehek says i dont know. Rishika asks dev as to what u are thinking. dev says that something did happen, suhanas death was not an accident. and he thinks that he has to find suhanas diary at any cost and he runs to suhanas room. he searches everywhere and throws things, rishika follows him and sees what he is doing.
rishikas husband goes to mom and says that trust god, everything will be alright. rishika comes running and says mom look what is wrong with dev, everybody goes there and mom asks as to what u are doing ? dev says that i m not able to find suhanas diary, mom asks as to what diary it was. dev says that suhana used to write everything in that diary, did anybody steal that when she was in hospital ? rishikas husband said that its not possible as somebody amongst us used to be in house. mom asks as to why u are searching that diary now ? dev says that now my suspicions are turning true. mom asks as to what suspicion ? dev says that mehek was lured by somebody to outhouse so suhana would follow her there and later on suhana was burnt to death. rishikas husband asks as to who would kill bhabhi ? who was her enemy ? dev says that suhanas enemy is none other than that girl who looks like suhana. they tried to kill her lot of time, first they tried to run her down on road, then the gas was left on. somebody was doing all this things, and now that girl knows everything abt suhana. they have killed my suhana and now i will steal their everything away.
at court, dev comes face to face with suhana walked by the inspector. he turns away from her and she gets sad. in the courtoom, dev talks something with prosecutor rathod. the hearing starts, suhana is brought in and shown looking at dev. he looks at her and turns away and goes and stands in witness box. rathod asks judge to allow dev to ask question to suhana. judge allows, the clerk comes forward with gita and tells her to place her hand on that and say that u will speak truth. she says that i have been speaking truth so far. judge says that whatever u are told, just do that. she swears that she will speak truth. dev comes near her and asks her what is yr name, she says suhana thakaral. he says that suhana was my wifes name, yr name is lolita. she says that judgesaab my name is suhana. judge says that at this moment, this case is prosecuted as u being lolita, so u will be called by that name. dev says ok lets believe for a moment that u are my wife suhana, do u have any prooof ? she says yes, and says that i have witness and that is u. he says that i m not yr husband, my wife died and there are lots of proof for that but there is no proof that she is my same wife. then he asks her is there anybody else, any of yr relative before our marriage ? yr parents or anybody else. she tells him that i have told her earlier that i have my only my shama aunty and ratilal uncle. he says its lie. u must be having anyone before marriage. she tries to turn to judge, dev tells her that i m the one asking question, so answer to me. she tells him that u and i both know that after marrying u i have forgotten all my past relatiopns. dev remembers telling suhana that he has talked to nihal and made him understand and suhana tells him then that nothing will happen then. judge asks as to what this girl is telling is truth, he says yes but still it does not prove that she is my wife. then he asks her u were arrested in an encounter in goa, she says yes but, he says that u were with the defamed don is it true or not, she turns to judge, he says just say yes or no, she says yes helplessly. then he asks as to what u were doing in goa, that too in a night club, how did u come to goa from nainital, did u come or bus, train or anything ? she says that i have not come from goa, but from malaysia. everybody is shocked and she too is shocked.
next week
the prosecutor says that this gang has killed suhana, and dev turns angrily to shuhana aka lolita and says that she is murderer, she has snatched suhana away from me and killed her and he goes and snatches her neck.
