Seems like Rucha's on a holiday or they have given her a break for sometime.
Recap: its Sush and not Suhana who withdrew money from the ATM.Guddo is unwell again and Nihal promises that every happiness of Megha would be his.
Megha walks out after treating Guddo.Nihal tells her that Guddo informed him about the fact that Megha isnt willing to move to Canada and that he can understand her decision.He tells her that it was true he had a past but if she can help him forget the past.Megha asks him whether he can forget his past to which he replies that his passt is dead.She leaves and Nihal thinks that Suhana was his past and is no more and he could deceive Megha as well.He cries thinking about Suhana and the time spent with Suhana.(hoon zinda main ab tak track is played)
Both Nihal and Megha are shown getting close again.Nihal again receives a call when Megha is with him and shes upset .He sees Suhana's locket and remembers her again(i cannot understand this guy ,hes with Megha remembering Suhana nd can get close with her again and again,how does he do that )
Both Megha and Nihal are shown busy in thier respective profession.Kuku asks Nihal about the agreement when Megha starts to feel uncomfortable .Sush accompanies her and informs Nihal and Kuku that Megha is expecting.Nihal is elated to hear the news and Kuku tells him to take care of Megha well now that she is pregnant to which Nihal answer that they are all there to take care of her and why him.Megha is shocked and walks away.Nihal sees Suhana's pic and is sad.They show that the Godbharai celebrations are on when Nihal brings in a toy.Neither Nihal nor Megha are happy.
Here comes the small leap of 6 months.
Megha experiences pain and Kuku informs Nihal that Megha is in the hospital.Nihal is happy to hear this (i think hes outside India at this point ).he informs Kuku that he'll back on the next available flight.Upon arrival nihal visits Megha in the hospital.hes about to take his child when Megha stops him and asks him not to touch the child.She tells him that he never proved to be a good husband and that shes scared that he wont be a good father either.She also tells him that the child is only hers.Nihal tells her that he did all he could and took the first available flight back home to see her ,to which she says that he wasnt here when she needed him the most.
Nanda congratulates Megha and again both nihal and Megha have a sad look on their faces.Nihal thinks about Megha's words with the background score agar tum na hote.
Days pass by and they show Megha taking care of the child and Nihal busy at work.Megha doesnt allow Nihal near the baby and he remebers Suhana looking at the locket.
Here comes the big leap of 6 years.
Nihal surprises Megha by decorating their room on the ocassion of their 6th anniversary.Nihal wishes her and Megha taunts him that he doesnt spare any oppurtunity to impress her.Nihal tells her that heres no neesd for him to do that and Megha replies that yes what was the need for him to do that.Nihal is saddened by her words and tells her that he doesnt want to get into an arguement o nthis day.Nihal asks her out for dinner but Megha reminds him that its Suhana's 6th year barsi as well.
Nanda tells megha that they could go out for dinner as its their special day,but Megha refuses and tells her that she would get ready to leave for the barsi.
Nihal performs the barsi and thinks to himself that he tried his best to get along with life after Suhana's death but couldnt and wishes happiness for Suhana wherever she might be .

P.s: omg is Nihal crazy.he cannot get his mind off Suhana ,commiting mistakes at her cost and now hes a dad too .Nihal certainly needs to think and Megha she gives killer looks to Nihal and doesnt spare an oppurtunity to taunt him.Do they have to live like this ?
