Tilak and Suhana leave the lawyer's office when somebody races close to Tilak. This scares Suhana. Meenakshi learns from Uppal that Tilak's lawyer shall take 10 to 15 days to complete the formalities. Uppal gets suspicious about Shubham's behaviour in the office.
When Shubham tells him he knows how Uppal has cheated Chopra Constructions in crores and can get evidences, too; Uppal agrees to give him 50 per cent the next time if he does tell anyone about it. Nanda is upset with Suhana for signing the power of attorney, when Tejal convinces her that she should remain calm and take control over Vishwa slowly and steadily.
