I think Meenu is a pet name for Meenakshi, who is Tilak's second wife. She got married to Tilak when they thought Saroj was dead.
Suhana's mother is dead but Saroj or ammu as they call her raised them for 20 years, when she didn't remember her past.
I know it is a little confusing I hope you get it 😕
