Kaku comes to know that Manju is not Pushpa and tells Pushpa that he knows that she is Damini and is very angry with her. Kaku comes out of the room is sitting near the telephone and talks to himself cursing Manju. Saroj who had not slept for the whole night gets the flashes of what Kaku told her, whatm Tilak told her and suddenly gets up and goes towards the phone.

Saroj calls up Tilak and tells him that she is going to Anand Nagar with all the family members and that she will hand over Manju who is Pushpa to Resham and will go away from their lives. Saying this she keeps the phone and starts crying where Kaku calls her up to tell the truth but Saroj does not even listen to Kaku and tells him that he should believe her that Manju is only Pushpa.

Kaku feels hopeless by not being able to tell the truth to Saroj and so he calls up Sidharth but he is not avaible so he leaves a message for him. Seeing this Manju is frustrated and she physically hurts Kaku by pushing him badly on the bed and tying his hands, seeing this Kaku is shocked.

Siddharth comes to his office and his employee conveys Kaku's Message to him so he tries to call but since no one picks up the call he personally goes to meet Kaku. Manju is hitting Kaku and he still does not realise what is she up to. Siddharth is on his way to Kaku's place. Manju is very frustrated and she forcibly gives a strong dose of sleeping tablets to Kaku and her behaviour makes it quite obvious that her intentions are to kill Kaku.

At that time Siddharth comes seeing him Manju is first frightened but any how manages to save the situation, by the time Manju is talking to Siddharth Kaku writes a letter and hides it behind the photo frame and then any how manages to call up Tilak but Manju sees him and again hurts Kaku. Kaku gets severe heart attack and falls down, so Manju pretends to be very worried and thinking that he has died she goes out of the room to call someone and at that time Kaku eyes open and he manages to make a call to Tilak to Canada.

Kaku calls up Tilak who first refuses to take the call thinking it to be Saroj but when he knows that it is Kaku he runs and picks up the call. Kaku tells him the whole truth on hearing that Manju is not Pushpa and that she is playing games he is shocked.

Tilak asks his secretary to make a call at India as soon as possible. Here Manju calls her servant pretending that something has happened to Kaku and asks him to call for doctor, and then she gets the bag in her hand that Kaku had got from pujary and is planning to how to destroy the things that prove that she is not Pushpa.

Manju is hiding the bag, which has proof, and on other side Siddharth is looking for both Manju and Kaku and finally sees Manju who starts crying and tells that something has happened to Kaku. Doctor comes and tells that Kaku is no more and hearing this Manju and Siddharth are shocked.

Tilak is trying to call India and booking the ticket for India but is not able to get in touch cause all the phone lines are coming busy. Nanda is talking on the phone in Saroj's room where Saroj comes and tells her to get ready and that everybody is waiting for her as they have to go Anand Nagar.

Tilak is worried cause he is not able to get through any no of India. Everybody is waiting for Nanda in hall to go to Anand Nagar at same time worried why Saroj is taking all them to Anand Nagar where Nanda says for Manju's engagement. And Reshma asks Raj and in turn he says that not to worry for the house he will take proper care for it.

Tilak is worried and why no one is picking up the phone and here when Saroj goes to pick up the phone the line gets disconnect and it happens twice. Here Saroj thinks why did Tilak not call again and leaves the hall when she leaves the phone rings. Here Manju is talking to someone on the phone saying that Kaku is no more and that not to call her and wait for her call this itself creates some suspense.

Here Raj is standing outside when Rakesh and Kukku comes and is shocked and at that time Tilak calls up Rakesh who is happy to receive his call and Tilak asks Rakesh about Saroj and he tells that they had left for Anand Nagar which makes Tilak worried and tells him that he wanted to tell something important to her where Rakesh asks Tilak to call Saroj on her cell and is upset for what must have happened.

Everybody is just enjoying when Saroj gets a call from Tilak. She does want to but picks up the phone and Tilak tells her that he knows that she does want to talk to her and that by going to Anand Nagar she is doing a mistake and tells her that Manju is not Pushpa…

Saroj doesn't listen to Tilak and switches off her cell. Tilak calls up at Manju's place but Siddharth picks up the call and he doesn't allow Tilak to talk to Manju so Tilak gets irritated and tells him to give the phone to Kaku and then Siddharth tells him that Kaku is no more, hearing this he gets shocked.

Rakesh is waiting for Kukku in a car for Anand Nagar where Tilak calls him and tells that he had tried calling Saroj but he is not able to get in touch with her and that to explain her to talk to him. Raj is looking at the Saroj's and Tilak Photo where he hides Tilak face and he gets flashes of Saroj telling Kaku that she is not Tilak's wife, and also the way she asked him what kind of girl was I looking for, Sunaina is standing and seeing the whole scenario, tries to ask Raj about what is going around but Raj turns the topic.

Tilak is worried about what to do and at that time the secretary comes and tells Tilak that the next day flight has been booked. Raj is playing the mouth organ on where he feels Saroj has come back and is standing in front of him and gets very happy, but he is just dreaming and talks to himself that he is missing Saroj and waiting for her to come.

Saroj, Reshma, Nanda, Dadi, have reached Anand Nagar where Saroj thinks that now here she will tell the truth to everybody, but her feet suddenly stops moving and at that time Reshma tells her that if you are true than you should not worry. Hearing this Saroj get little courage and moves towards the house.

As Saroj enters the house she gets shock of her life knowing that Kaku is no more, Manju pretends as to she is very sad and Reshma, Dadi Nanda takes care of Saroj. Manju tells Saroj that he had fallen sick after coming from your place. Reshma and Nanda asks Sidharth about Kaku that does he remain ill always to this he replies yes and so Nanda tells if he was not keeping well then why was he in hurry for the marriage, Siddharth has no answer.

Manju is trying to gain Saroj sympathy when at that time she sees the hidden letter and starts reading it and she is going through the letter and she is shocked….

Saroj and raj are at the resort. Saroj hears Tilak's voice & tries to look for him but cannot find him. Raj comes & consoles Saroj , she tells raj that she has heard Tilak's voice. Raj packs her bag & tells her that he will drop her back to Tilak's house as all her memories are in that house.Saroj tells Raj not to worry about her & that she can take care of herself .Raj tells Saroj that Tilak is dead & that she has seen the body herself, he is never going to come back.

Raj takes Saroj to his house but doesn't tell her that it his house, he tells her it is his friends house. He tells his family not to tell Saroj about the truth. Raj promises to tell his mom everything, but he needs some time.Seema takes Tilak to her house. Seema's father is not happy with this. Seema tells her father that she will take revenge against everything that had happened to her & assures that Tilak will not leave this house ever again.

Tilak is in Seema's hou se. He tells Seema that he will leave the house if her parents have any problem. Seema assures him that everything is alright. At Raj's house, chikki teases Raj with Saroj, Raj tells chikki that she should not do that. chikki asks Raj why he had told everyone to lie about the house being his friend's house, he tells chikki to go away. Saroj asks chikki about her brother, chikki tells Saroj that he is on tours all the time.

Saroj asks chikki if she could find a job for her. Tilak tells everything about Saroj to his mother and tells her that he loves her. At Reshma's house, there is a small conflict between Reshma and Manju. Manju taunts her by saying that Pushpa has run out of the house with her lover. Reshma is angry and lifts her hand to slap Manju but she blackmails her by keeping her hand on her stomach, Reshma sees this and stops. Nanda enters the scene and tells Reshma that Manju is pregnant and they should keep her happy.

Reshma is very upset about Pushpa leaving the house. Nanda consoles her. Nanda feels sorry that she cannot tell Reshma that Pushpa is happy with Raj. Manju wins the confidence of Nanda and is planning to win every one's heart and rule over the house. Seema asks Tilak about his relation with Saroj, Tilak tells her that there was nothing physical between them. Tilak tells Seema about Manju. Seema tells herself that just because Manju is pregnant every one is quiet. Tilak tells Seema that he was staying with Manju.

Tilak tells Seema that he did not have any physical relation with Manju. Seema comes to know that manju is lying about the pregnancy. Nanda tells manju to come with her to the doctor for check up, manju gives her excuses and starts planning for the solution. Saroj sees raj's photograph with radhesham. Chikki says that he is her brother Devansh.Radhesham comes home, every one is scared, Radhesham hugs Raj and says how are you Devansh.Raj sees Saroj standing and looking at them.

Radha hugs Raj and. Saroj looks at them. Raj confuses Radhesham and makes him say he that he is Devansh. Saroj goes away, she has some doubts. They explain everything to Radhe. The original Raj Malhotra comes, who has been kidnapped by Manju. Dada talks about dividing the property, he says he will give more property to Saroj, Manju enters and compels dada to think about his decision once again. Nanda and Sunaina force her to go to the doctor. Sunaina has doubts about Manju's pregnancy. Veeru asks Saroj if she loves Raj. Saroj tells Veeru to go out and play.

Saroj thinks about leaving the house. In the meanwhile, Manju tells the original Raj Malhotra that he will be kidnapped until they finish their task. Veeru cries because Saroj has shouted at him. Saroj starts packing her bag, Raj tells her that Veeru who is planning to become a big cricketer. Saroj goes to Veeru and starts talking to him and a nice relation is established between them. Manju takes Nanda to a fraud doctor who makes a false report after taking money from manju.

Sunaina doubts that something fishy is going on because she knows the doctors reputation is not good. Sunaina goes to the doctor and bribes her to give her the original report. Sunaina is shocked to know that Manju is not pregnant.

Reshma is angry on knowing Manju's preganancy. Manju pretends to be sorry about it and that she too wanted Saroj to give them the chirag of the house. Nanda tells Reshma to forgive and forget. Sunaina confronts Manju that she lies about the pregnancy. She shows her the real report that says Manju is not pregnant. Manju is shocked. Just then, Reshma and Nanda walk in, the two behave like nothing is wrong. Reshma softens her stand towards Manju and gives her some clothes for the baby. After they leave, Manju agrees to work in with Sunaina, saying they will share the daulat.

Reshma tells dada, Kuku and Nanda that she wants to rethink on her decision about all the money going to Saroj and instead would like to give some to Manju and Tilak's child. Kuku agrees with reshma but Nanda is not convinced. Saroj tells Raj that she wants to look for a job. Saroj meets someone for a job, who recognizes her as the bahu of the Chopra family. It happens to be Dada's office. Dada tells the man to refuse her, he tearfully watches Saroj leave. Dada goes back home and tells Taiji he cannot let Reshma not give 80 percent of the property to Saroj for she is on a search for a job.

He tells Kuku to get the appers ready. Reshma walks in, dada explains it to her, Sunaina over hears everything. Sunaina informs Manju that she is getting only 20 percent of the property, Manju gets a mysterious call, with whom she just mutters 'yes'. Sunaina asks her who it was, Manju doesn't tell her.

Reshma says before doing anything about the will, she would like to ask Manju, Manju says she has no problems with anything she decides. Sunaina confronts Manju as to her game is, whether or not she wants the zaydad. Manju calls up Raj to tell him that the property is being transfered to Saroj's name and that once that is done, he will have to transfer it in her name. Raj refuses to betray Saroj, Radhe walks in and tells him to marry Saroj and then tell her that he is not Raj. Raj tells him to keep his flop ideas to himself. Manju lands at Raj's house.

Manju comes to Raj's house. Raj gets a call from his mother that Manju is there to meet Saroj, he tells her not to allow Manju to meet Saroj. Raj and Radhe decide to rush to his house. Saroj's room is locked, as Raj's mother tries to enter. Saroj is surprised that Manju has managed to locate her. Manju tells her that everyone in the chopra hosehold still love her, even Reshma. And that's why she is here to tell her something which will change her entire perspective towards life. Saroj is surprised.

Raj's mother tells Chikki to go find out what Manju is talking to Saroj about. Chikki tries but Saroj asks her to leave the room. Manju has told Saroj about something which Saroj refuses to believe. She shows Saroj some papers and Saroj is shocked. Raj enters the house, Chikki tells her that the room is locked. Raj is scared that she might have tell Saron, he is not Raj Malhotra.

Manju laughs at Raj and tells him not to worry for she hasn't told Saroj the truth. She tells Raj that if he wants to keep Saroj, he has to pay a price, he has to convince Saroj to keep the property. She tells him that he will then have to transfer the money into her name. Raj is lost in thought. Manu leaves and calls someone to say that Raj has no choice, will do whatever she asks him to.

Saroj is lost in thought and talks to the memories of Tilak, who tries to convince her to keep the property. Manu goes back and gives reshma the impression that Saroj just kept the papers and didn't care about the fact that is was tilaks teerahvi. Saroj calls the Chopra house, Reshma insults her. Saroj decides to keep the property.

Saroj is inconsolable by Raj as she breaks down after deciding that she will accept the property given to her by the Chopra family. Reshma inspite of being rude to Saroj is missing her. She locks herself in her room as Manju and Nanda plead with her to open the door. They enter the room and try to console her. Saroj remembers how Tilak had got het to join property papers owned jointly by her and Reshma and how he wanted her to be self sufficient.

Manju tells Sunaina that she has a good news for her. Tilak remembers Saroj. Sunaina takes Manju to meet Uppal. They ask Manu as to who is the mysterious caller, who calls her. Manju says that's her trump card. She tells them that all the property will eventually be theirs as Saroj will be unable to take care of it. Saroj tells Raj that she has decided to keep the property and run the Pushpa enterprises. She asks him for help to run the empire.

He agrees. Dada has called all the family members for a meeting, he tells them that they have decided to float a new company called Tilak Constructions. He tells them that he has organized for a pooja for the new office. Nanda tells him that they should have also called Saroj. Reshma informs them that the pooja will be done by Manju and not Saroj.

Manju inaugurates the office. At the same time Saroj is inaugurating her office. Raj tells Saroj that she has to be strong now. Raj bumps into Manju and Nanda outside the office, he takes Nanda to meet Saroj. Nanda tells Saroj that they too have opened a company in Tilak's name and that all the family members are present in the new office. Nanda takes Saroj to the new office, just then, dada tells Reshma that he knows she misses Saroj.

Reshma is taken aback to see Saroj there, but she turns her face away. Reshma insults Saroj and tells her to leave. Nanda tells everyone that Saroj too has come up with a company. Saroj is hurt by Reshma's outburst and tells her that she promises that she will not meet her till she takes back her vow. The family members helplessly look at Reshma. They have no choice but to gape at her behavior. The family members turn up to meet Saroj to tell her that their blessings are with her.

Kuku tells her that the two companies can work alongside and fill tenders with each other's knowledge so that they stand a better chance in the market. Reshma is upset about their decision to work alongside Saroj's company.

Rakesh tells them they they are filling up a tender where they will price it a rupee less then Saroj's company so that one of the two will definitely get the contract. Reshma finally agrees, but says that the first tender has to be in Tilak's name. Uppal says that this contract will be given to the Chopras' family purely so that they crash badly trying to get such a big contract done.

Kukku shows Saroj the papers where they have priced their tender a rupee less than hers, they all hope for the best. The signed papers are kept in a locker, with both the company tenders. Raj tries to tell Saroj that she should not have agreed to work alongside the chopra family, which will not be a good business move, but Saroj is not convinced. A mysterious figure changes the papers in the two files, so that Saroj's tender is a rupee less than Tilak's.

Raheja opens the tenders; Saroj gets a call and is shocked to hear the good news that her tender will be sanctioned. The entire Chopra family is shocked to know that Saroj's tender has turned out to be a rupee less than theirs.

Saroj wants to join hands with Sunaina and Uppal in their conspiracy. She also offers them 50 percent partnership in Tilak's construction. Guddo informs Dadi and Nanda that Saroj has paid an amount to stop the auction of the Chopra Niwas and it is not Manju who did it.

Manju overhears this and enters with Reshma to ask her whether she had witnessed it herself. Guddo says Saroj herself has told her about this. Reshma is furious and tells Guddo that Saroj is a sly woman and can go to any extent.

Raj asks Saroj if she trusts Sunaina and Uppal. Saroj refuses and says that their betrayal is the only thing that will help them. Saroj asks Raj to prepare the papers. Manju and her lawyer are sure that they will win the case, just then, Saroj enters and tells the magistrate that she wants to pull out of the case as she doesn't have a lawyer. Manju and Gandhi are shocked.

Manju scolds Gandhi and wants to find out new ways to defeat Saroj. Saroj mocks at her as this is her first victory against Manju and will make sure that finally Manju is thrown out of the Chopra family.

Saroj looks at the layout of a new complex. She tells Raj that they have a to get the deal of this new complex. In a meeting about the new contract, Kuku talks about the rates of the new tender. Saroj gets a phone call. She can hear everything in the conference hall of Kuku as Sunaina's cell phone is on.

Raj fills in the Tender rates. Saroj asks him to reduce the rates by 1 rupee as compared to the Chopras'. This way, they will definitely win the contract. Manju talks to someone over the phone and says that she doesn't trust Sunaina.

Saroj tells Raj that they have to get the contract any how as she cannot afford to lose to Manju, Raj also tells her that even he cant see her lose.

Raheja's secretary tells Raheja's manager that once again there is only one rupee difference between the rates of Chopras and Tilak construction. A man comes in and gives the manager a box filled with money and addresses himself as sent by Saroj. He tells him that the contract should only be given to them and leaves. The manager informs Raheja. The man exits from the building and sees Manju. He signals at her saying that the job is done. Saroj talks to someone over the phone and is shell-shocked.

Raj asks her why she has a hassled look. she takes the layout of the plan and tears it apart, on other hand, every one in the Chopra house celebrate. Saroj walks in and says that she will build a Tilak Nagar just opposite Manju's house.

Raj tells Saroj that there may be zero profit in Tilak Nagar. Saroj says that at the moment she can only see Manju suffering, profits and loss no longer matter to her. She asks Raj to call Uppal and tell him not to provide steel rods to Chopra constructions.

Sunaina comes and is very happy about how Saroj gave a dress down to Manju and talks about Chopra family's bad future. Saroj slaps Sunaina and everybody in the family doubt as he is the only one in Saroj's favour who might have disclosed the rates of the tender to Saroj. Manju asks him to separate himself from the family business when Saroj enters and discloses that it is Sunaina who has been disclosing the rates.

Saroj is about to leave the office when Manju comes and makes fun of Saroj that she has proved herself a fool by disclosing Sunaina, Saroj says that their ways of playing games are different.

Sunaina weeps in front of Uppal and tells him how Saroj played with her. Uppal is furious and he calls Arora to stop the supply of steel rods to Tilak constructions, Raj is on the phone with someone he tells Saroj how Uppal has stopped the supply of steel rods to them demanding double money, she says that Tilak Nagar will happen no matter what and she knows why Uppal is behaving so.

Sukhi, Uppal and Sunaina are furious with Saroj, Uppal says he will destroy Saroj. He says he has changed the deal with Saroj. Saroj calls Chawla from the anti-corruption dept who forges Uppal's license and arrests him.

Thekedarni tells Guddo that Reshma should give the first feed of honey to the baby. The doctor comes and asks Thekedarni to go out. Guddo starts thinking, Saroj and Raj are in a car when Saroj gets a call from Guddo. Guddo wants Saroj to feed honey to the baby so that the baby grows up to be like her. Saroj promises she will.

The car stops in front of the hospital and Saroj runs inside. There is a struggle between Guddo and the masked man, while Saroj searches for Guddo's room, the man over poweres Guddo, Saroj asks a nurse for Guddo's room and the man hides behind curtains. Saroj rushes in and is shocked to see Guddo dead.

Saroj tries hard to save Guddo. Saroj's love for Guddo comes across as the most powerful element. The masked guy leaves, Raj collides with the masked guy in the corridor, his pen falls down which Raj picks up and gives it to him. Saroj tries to wake Guddo up. Raj and the doctor come in and call for the nurse.

Guddo suffers pain and the doctor comforts her. The doctor tells Saroj that Guddo needs to be operated and asks Saroj about her relation to Guddo. Saroj tells him that she is Guddo's bhabhi.

Reshma and Nanda enter the hospital. They remark that Saroj is not related to Guddo and so should not sign any forms. Reshma talks to the Masked man on the phone and rebukes him for not killing Guddo.

Raj tells Saroj that the killer must be the same guy who collided with him and this must be informed to her family. Saroj says it is of no use. Manju listens to their conversation.

Everybody is worried when Saroj enters the room with Raj while Reshma is furious. When the doctor announces that a baby girl is born, Saroj wishes to go in but Reshma stops her. Kuku insults Raj. The doctor asks Guddo to feed the baby. Manju asks Guddo to feed honey to the infant. Thekedarni asks Reshma to do so which Manju dislikes. Thekedarni says that she will never let Saroj touch the baby, which convinces Manju.

Saroj prays to god for Guddo's good health and happiness. Manju asks Reshma if she can feed honey first as she might never be able to do it again. Reshma agrees but Thekedarni refuses as this ritual should be performed only by an elder in the family. Manju is angry and Reshma is about to feed honey. Amidst all the loud conversation and fights, the doctor demands to feed the baby with milk first.

Guddo is worried and waits for Saroj, the baby cries. The doctor asks her to feed the baby and Reshma tells Manju that she will not let Saroj come near the door and goes inside with Nanda when Raj takes up a tiff with Kuku and ends up in a brawl.

Saroj rushes in and holds the baby, Guddo tells her about how maaji almost fed honey to the baby, she takes the honey that maaji had taken. Raj apologises to Kuku. Manju takes Reshma to Guddo's room. Saroj embraces Guddo.

Saroj is arrested for Tilak's murder and a court trial is held against her. At the court, Manju pulls all sorts of stunts to prove that Saroj is guilty. She produces a con man called Sudarshan, who makes a statement that he is Saroj's real husband.

Raj feels terrible about this and ends up telling his mother that Tilak is alive. His mother gets furious and tells him to act on it immediately. Saroj is so frustrated and upset about all that is happening that she admits that she has killed Tilak.

On the other hand, Raj goes in search of Tilak and Manju also finds out about Tilak. She reaches there and tries to kill Tilak. Raj comes at the last moment and saves him but he gets shot. Raj brings Tilak to court and just when the judge is about to pass a judgement, Tilak arrives and saves Saroj. Everyone is shocked and happy at the same time. Saroj is taken home and Manju is sentenced to jail.

Everyone asks Saroj to come back home. The family arranges a honeymoon for them. Saroj and Tilak are on their honeymoon and there at the Shiv temple, Saroj meets Prerna who realises that she is Dr Prakash's ex-wife. Prerna goes back home and checks her old albums and she is sure that Saroj is Dr Prakash's first wife.

Prerna is in a dilemma whether to tell Dr Prakash or not. She is quite disturbed and decides to meet Saroj and talk to her. She goes to look for Saroj and while she does that, Tilak runs down a woman in an accident and kills her. It turns out to be Prerna. Tilak is arrested and Saroj again tries to get him back. She decides to go and ask Prerna's husband to take the case back. He turns out to be Dr Prakash and Saroj is shocked.

Saroj has moved into Dr Prakash's house. When Tilak finds out about this, he is furious and goes to Saroj to get her back. But Saroj refuses to come back and tells Tilak that this is her house and that she will not go anywhere because Dr Prakash is her first husband.

Tilak is upset and meets Sameer, a stranger he befriends, and goes to a bar. He drinks to forget his sorrows and returns home, drunk. Everyone is worried about him. Reshma announces that they should get Tilak married and he gets even more furious. On the other hand, Saroj faces a lot of problems adjusting to her new house, since most of the people dislike her there. She is also worried about Tilak and misses him.

Saroj sees Tilak drunk and goes to save him. Meanwhile, Yash is alone in the car and almost meets with an accident because of Bahirav Singh and his tactics. Dr Prakash thinks it is Saroj's negligence. Saroj pleads forgiveness.

Tilak comes to her house drunk and Bhairav Singh gets his men to beat him up. Saroj saves him and asks him never to meet her again. Tilak reaches home in a drunken state and his family is worried. They ask him what happened.

Bhairav Singh goes to their house and tells them that Tilak got beaten because of misbehaviour. They are shocked. They try to make Tilak understand, but he refuses. He neglects office work too. Reshma speaks to Tilak but in vain and finally Tilak leaves home. Everyone is shocked. Nanda asks Saroj whether Tilak has reached there. Tilak boards a train in a drunken state and decides to kill himself.

The will of Dr Prakash is brought out and Saroj turns out to be the beneficiary. Bhairav Singh and his mother are very angry amd they wish to teach Saroj a lesson.

Meanwhile, Saroj and Dr Prakash go to the temple. Tilak and Roshni are also there. Tilak sees Saroj happy with Dr Prakash. Saroj wants Nandini to be a strong woman and encourages her. Bhairav blackmails Roshni saying that she must destroy Tilak.

Tilak is frustrated as he has no money. His family members have taken away his share of the property as he keeps spending more and more money on alcohol. Sunaina decides to add fuel to the fire and instigates Tilak to try robbery. He steals and gives Roshni a kangan which had originally belonged to Saroj. She sends it to Saroj and Bhairav Singh finds out.

At home, everyone suspects Tilak of stealing the kangan and the money. Sunaina gets a call from Bhairav Singh informing her about the kangan being at their place. Sunaina sends the Police. The Police comes and searches their house and finds the kangan. Dr Prakash is humiliated.

Preparations for Tilak and Roshni's wedding go on. Saroj feels nauseous and uneasy. She vomits and feels that she should go to the doctor, She goes to the gynaecologist and to her discovers that she is pregnant. She knows that it is Tilak's child. She doesn't want anyone to find out in the Chopra house or even Dr Prakash's house as it might cause a lot of confusion and problems in Tilak and Roshni's wedding.

The doctor she goes to, happens to know Dr Prakash and this frightens Saroj. Saroj requests the doctor not to tell anyone. But Sunaina has overheard her conversation with the doctor. Sunaina now threatens Saorj saying that she will tell everyone.

Sunaina has found out about Saroj's pregnancy and she wishes to know whose child it is. She threatens Saroj that she will tell the family about it. Saroj promises that she won't attend Roshni and Tilak's wedding.

Saroj decides to abort the child. Tilak gets his DNA tested with Saroj's reports, but is shocked to find out that it is Dr Prakash and Saroj's child. Nandini had got the reports changed. It is the wedding day, Dr Prakash reaches the hospital where Saroj gets the abortion done only to find out that the operation is over. Dr Prakash is very but the doctor later comes and tells them that she did not do the operationa.

Kuku Chacha loses the last of the family money due to a risk he takes. He passes out and is taken to the hospital. The doctors inform the family that he has had a paralytic attack ---- from waist down. When Rakesh and Uppal chacha hear this, they come to sympathise with Kuku and bring him a wheel chair as well. Rakesh offers to take chacha to a big, well-known doctor for his treatment; but chacha refuses.

Roshini is asked to take over the school in Nandgaon, but she agrees only on the terms that there will be no interference from Prem. Saroj has made up her mind to get back her life and property and goes to meet Manju to join hands with her. However, Manju declines. Manju goes to meet Uppal and Rakesh to tell them about Saroj. However, when she is outside the room, she overhears them talking against her and when she is with them they are thanking her for all the help she gave them. She decides to teach them a lesson.

Uppal's state is not improving and the doctor wants him admitted to the hospital, but money is the concern. Reshma leaves the house without any word and goes to Rakesh and tells him that she is ready to live in Chopra Niwas with him and Sunaina. Manju has called Saroj for a meeting and accepts her friendship and agrees to help her. Manju offers Saroj 50% partnership but Saroj only wants to do a job with her company. Saroj tells Manju that she wants to celebrate Diwali in Chopra Niwas with her family and is prepared to do anything for it!

Rakesh realises that Reshma has come to him only to save Kuku Chacha. He agrees to help, but insists that Kuku Chacha will also have to live with them and not with Saroj and Tilak. When the rest of the Chopra family finds out about Saroj and Reshma, they ask them not to go ahead with their plans. They manage to stop Reshma from leaving home but have no clue that Saroj has made up her mind to go ahead with her plan anyway. Roshini is looking for a place to stay and to her surprise, Prem offers to help her. Saroj lays her first trap for Uppal.

Sunena, Rakesh and Uppal are livid about loosing Chopra Niwas to Saroj. At Chopra Niwas, Reshma, Chaiji, Kuku, Nanda and Saroj and celebrating their success. Tilak calls up and promises to return soon. Just then, Manju enters with flowers, but no one likes her being her. Saroj, however, welcomes Manju and reminds everyone that they are in Chopra Niwas today because of her help.

In a montage we show time lapse of 6/7 months - we show Roshini busy with her son (Karan), Roshini is teaching the children of Nandgaon in the school, Saroj and Manju working together and situation at the Chopra house is getting better. On one occasion, Saroj feels giddy and she is taken to the doctor. For the first time everyone in the family is told, that Saroj was advised to terminate this pregnancy as it could prove hazardous to her life.

Everyone is shocked and upset. When Nanda tells them that she was aware of this right from the beginning, Reshma yells at her for not telling anyone and not stopping Saroj from deliberately putting her life in danger. She confronts Saroj about her decision. However, everyone knows that the damage has been done and all they can now do is wait. We go to Roshini, where she is arguing with the school principal.

We realize that she has not been paid her salary for the past 4 months. She returns home and we show that Karan who is almost a year old now is unwell. Roshini takes him to the doctor. Saroj's condition is on the decline.

Uppal comes to Rakesh and Sunena and tells them to celebrate, as fate is fighting their battle for them, as Saroj will soon be dead. Since Saroj is on leave from office and Manju needs to meet her for urgent work, she goes to meet Saroj at Chopra House. She is then told of Saroj's health. Roshini is told that she will have to admit Karan in the hospital. Since she has no money, she goes to ask Mrs. Walia (her materialistic landlady) for help.

Mrs. Walia refuses to help Roshini and reminds her that she has paid no rent for sometime as well. Saroj decides to meet her astrologer. She only wants to know if she will be able to give Chopra family their waaris before she looses her own life. She tells the pandit about the first child that she lost and he refuses to believe it. He tells her that she is not destined to lose any child and that her son is alive.

Saroj is shocked and can't help thinking back on all those times when she refused to believe that her son is dead. She gives this news to everyone else in the family. She breaks down under pressure and is taken to the hospital. The doctors ask Reshma to call Tilak, as Saroj refuses to get operated unless she sees him and it is absolutely vital that she gets operated immediately. Tilak arrives. On the other side, doctors inform Roshini that Karan is not responding to the treatment.

Saroj tells Tilak that their 1st son may still be alive and if that were really the case then today he would've turned one year old. She tells Tilak that even if she doesn't survive the operation, he is to look for their son and bring him home. Tilak goes to the temple to pray for his wife's life.

In a temple in Nandgaon, Roshini is asking god to show her a way to save her son. Just then, she thinks of something and goes to Prem. According to Roshini, Prem has been eyeing her for sometime now and she tells him that he can have her in exchange for 1 lakh rupees. Prem is appalled at the idea that the woman he loves and respects so much, was only thinking of money all this time.

Prem tells Roshini that he will have the money sent to her by tomorrow, but she insists that the money be given right away. At some point during the argument, unable to keep up the charade, she breaks down and tells him about Karan's health. Prem gives her the money and tells her that he will recover it from her later.

Saroj delivers a premature baby, but the child and mother are still under observation. Saroj's voice telling him about the 1st son is haunting Tilak and he sees a flash ----- a pair of gloved hands taking a new born baby from the hospital crib and giving it to Roshini.

Roshini on the other side is seeing the same flash - gloved hands giving her a newborn child. Tilak refuses to see his son until Saroj is not conscious. Tilak is looking disturbed. He has another flash (when he was in jail and Roshini had come to meet him there) and Roshini tells him, "Saroj and her child (1st son) will both die if she is not operated.

However, she won't get the operation done till she sees you and the only way she can see you is if I change my gawahi. You took my child away from me, now I want your child in exchange for your wife's life". Tilak comes back from the flashback and we reveal to the audience that he is the one who had given his son to Roshini.

Tilak meets Mr. Walia (Roshini's landlord) and he happens to show Tilak Karan's photograph. Tilak is shocked to see that Roshini is Karan's mother. Tilak makes up his mind to go and bring his son back from Roshini. He goes to the hospital, sees Saroj and leaves without explaining much to anyone.

At the hospital, Roshini has just been given some news. We show a dead child being brought out of a room and Roshini runs towards him, screaming mera bachcha, mera bachcha. Prem, who is at the hospital at that time, holds her just when she is fainting.

Saroj wakes up and demands to see her son. In spite of everyone's resistance, she is taken to see her child. Saroj then asks for Tilak and is told that he had to leave for some urgent work. Tilak meets Roshini and asks for his son. Here we show the entire flashback where Tilak and Roshini did the entire sauda and how Tilak stole his own son from the hospital and gave him to Roshini.

Roshini takes Tilak to a graveyard and tells him that his son is dead. Tilak is shocked. On his return, he decides to tell Saroj the truth. Just when he is about to confess, their son starts crying. Prem tells Roshini, that her son is out of danger. Tilak meets Mr. Walia (Roshini's landlord) who happens to show him Karan's photograph. Tilak is shocked to see that Roshini is Karan's mother. Tilak makes up his mind to go and bring his son back from Roshini. He goes to the hospital, sees Saroj and leaves without explaining much to anyone…

Chaman and Prem are preparing for the shaadi (Prem - Roshini shaadi), when Roshini comes there and tells Prem that his application to adopt Karan has been accepted. Karan is now officially his son. S.K. Mohan is rather worried at Amrita's reaction towards Tilak and takes her to a psychiatrist.

She is shown a couple of photos and asked to recognize Rahul. She patiently goes through some of the photographs, but then looses her cool and yells at the doctor for assuming that she has lost her mind. She tells him that none of these men are Rahul. She then turns towards the door and sees Tilak standing with her father and tells the doctor that Tilak is Rahul. Manju is extremely angry about her current situation.

She is loosing all her business and Saroj refuses to trust her again. Saroj, on the other hand goes in search of a contract to Mr. Chugani and does not get a very positive response, as she has no finance and infra structure. Kuku asks Saroj to keep faith. S.K. Mohan tells Tilak that they need his help to cure Amrita.

SK Mohan pleads with Tilak to help Amrita. He tells him that his only purpose for living is his daughter and if something happened to her, he will not live. They need Tilak to pretend to be Rahul in Amrita's presence. Tilak is hesitant to get into any such mess, as he is a married man. Lal reminds Tilak that he wanted to earn a lot of money and if he took this up as a job, and then they would pay him any amount he desired.

Sharma comes to Saroj with a couple of Manju's employees and tells her that they want to work with her and will help her get the contract from Chugani. Saroj is thrilled at the prospect and accepts their offer. When Tilak gets home, he is told that a Mr. SK Mohan has been calling for him every 5 minutes. Just then, Saroj gives them the good news that Mr. Chugani has agreed to give her the contract.

This now begins to play with Tilak's mind and ego a lot more. (Not that he is unhappy that Saroj got this contract, it's just that it was not him). Uppal sends Manju a ticket and tells her that now that Saroj has left her for good, she should leave Delhi and go away.

Saroj witnesses Uppal and Manju engaged in a fatal brawl. She is shocked and is wondering whether she should disclose this to the Chopra family or not. Tilak cannot take the pressure and eventually gives in by accepting SK Mohan's offer. He signs a six months contract with him and in return, SK Mohan agrees to pay Tilak any amount he desires. Saroj is called to the police station for interrogation, as she is only eyewitness.

Dadi asks Nanda where Saroj is and she says that she has gone to the police station to sort out some land problem. Every time Tilak is with Amrita, his discomfort is very apparent.

Amrita reminds him of the first time they ever met way back in LA. Tilak is quite confused. He is constantly trying to figure out what he is getting into. When all of a sudden, Amrita decides to show him his earlier pictures with her in LA. Tilak is extremely curious to see the pictures, as he wants to know who the original Rahul was.

SK Mohan is delighted to see Amrita so happy and asks Tilak to go with him. S K Mohan brings Tilak to the hall and opens a bag, which is full of money. Tilak is shocked to see so much money. S K tells him you have done so much for me this the least I can do in return. He requests him to accept the money even if it means as an advance so that he can buy all that he always wanted to for his wife and kid.


Inspector talks to someone in the lock-up and tells them that somebody has come to meet u (the persons face is not revealed). Saroj has a shocked expression as she sees the person who is in the lock up.

Saroj meets Manju in the lock up. She asks her why did you have to do this? Manju is trying to give her justifications, but Saroj cuts her short and tells her very curtly that she is indebted to Manju for the help she had given her and that she will repay her soon. Tilak walks in to the house with a whole lot of gifts for the family.


Tilak assures them that now there will never be any tears or unhappiness in the Chopra house since he now has a job and will soon take charge. Just then, Saroj enters and she is so happy to see everybody rejoicing that she forgets about the police station episode for a moment. Nanda asks Saroj if her work at the police station was through Tilak is surprised, but Saroj some how lies to him and gets out of it.

Tilak shows Saroj all the gifts he has brought for her and there is a sweet moment between them. This is interrupted by a phone call from Amrita. Tilak is shocked to hear Amrita's voice on the phone and she is insisting that he give her a goodnight kiss before retiring to bed. Tilak is in a very awkward position; on one hand, he has Saroj in his arms and on the other end, Amrita, who is very adamant that she would not disconnect until he does as she says. (He is in a fix) Finally, he kisses his wife giving Amrita animpression that he is kissing her cause the receiver is close to his mouth ------ Which Saroj does not notice since her eyes are shut.

Tilak is on the terrace, pacing up and down restlessly. He is constantly getting flashes of Amrita's conversation over the phone and Saroj's conversation with him were she tells him that if she ever discovers that he has another woman in his life she would not only kill that woman but would also commit suicide herself.


These flashes disturb Tilak a lot when out of the blue Saroj lands up, and asks him what the matter is. He manages to convince her that he was actually thinking about all the debt that they needed to repay, responsibility of getting Kuku Chacha's treatment done, Sonu's education completed etc. Saroj pacifies him and tells him that since we are together we will definitely be able fulfill all of it successfully.

The two hold hands and promise to stand by each other all through out life. A happy moment bet the two follows. Sunaina and Rakesh come rushing to the hospital's ICU ward and are very eager to go and see Uppal, but the Dr refuses to give them permission saying that he is still in an unconscious state so one cannot see him now.

Sunaina is very disappointed she peeps through the glass window. Uppal is lying in bed with his head bandaged; she sees him and begins crying. Rakesh consoles her and simultaneously makes plans to take revenge against Manju. S K Mohan wants to make Tilak the MD of one of his companies. Tilak comes to see SK Mohan about Amrita's call that he received last night.

S K tells him that his daughter was very adamant so he had no option but to give her his number. Tilak and S K Mohan have a nasty argument. Lal finally calms the two and S K Mohan apologizes to Tilak. He tells Tilak that for him his daughter's happiness is above everything in the world, he also shares his big plans for him of wanting to make him the MD of one of his companies, he hands over a mobile phone and car keys to him. Tilak is very surprised. Tilak asks Lal about Rahul.


Lal tells him Rahul was a person whom Amrita fell in love with in the US of A, and was very keen to get married to him. To this her father refused completely, but it was only when she attempted to commit suicide that he gave in.

Rahul along with his family was on his way to India, to meet Amrita's family, and their plane crashed. Tilak tells Lal how curious he is to know what Rahul looked like. He also tells Lal that he is sure that Amrita has pictures of Rahul in her album, which he almost saw. Lal is now very keen to see the pictures too, he strongly feels that the pictures could help the Dr cure her, cause that is their ultimate goal after all.

Tilak tells him that he now has to get hold of the album but is wondering how he would be able to do so cause he is aware that Amrita has hidden the album. Lal suggests that the only way to get the album is to first get close to Amrita.

Uppal is lying in bed and Sunaina inquires about his health. Rakesh asks him what exactly happened, Uppal calls him close and whispers something in his ears. The phone rings and Saroj answers. Sunaina tells her that she wants to talk to her regarding Uppal and Saroj very curtly says wrong number and hangs up. Sunaina tells Rakesh how Saroj had hung up on her. Rakesh gets irritated. He then thinks of something and redials Saroj's number.

Nautiyal the lawyer and Dutt the inspector are trying to convince Uppal that with all the work they've put in, the outcome of the case will be in his favour. Even though no one is saying anything, it is evident that they want Saroj to be on Uppal's side. This leads to further tension between Tilak and Saroj. Outside the court, Manju tells Saroj that she cannot reveal the name of the Rapist, but assures her that Tilak has nothing to do with it.
