I agree with u regarding arjun s character. It's the most difficult character to understand. I feel the way many times we are unable to jhanvi. Arjun is someone who is going through the same. I mean the first three years he gets so fed up of her that he wants to divorce her but when he tries to get free from her then something terrible happens. He doesn't believe but maya through the best of manipulations makes it believable and maya keeps telling him or threatening him indirectly it's because u told Ayan. Somewhere he feels it's better to be rude to family to please maya. He has no other way to escape maya or else his family will come danger. When u stay with a person like maya u will lose ur sense. So only one solution is to try to help her recover. He also considers maya can get out of control and harm others but he isn't unaware of criminal level planning and plotting.
