I feel like this is going to be another thread where members can bash each other. I can already see it has been started. I don't understand why do u people even get personal with each other for fictional characters and bash each other like u r born enemies. If u guys can't respect each other's POV' and can't understand each other's POV's then don't even comment on their threads. If u think u can make them understand ur pov or u can take diff POV's then only comment or else u can always ignore them as simple as that to make this forum free from bashing. I personally feel no one is sane or innocent here everyone is ready to mock others, make fun of their choices and ready to provoke each other to start an argument and if this isn't enough their friends/fellow fan group members will come and encourage them to bash each other. If u guys really want to stop all this every day bashings/name calling or personal attacks then just respect each other's views and sensiblely present ur POV without getting personal with each other.
True. The forum is now divided into so many groups, not just Maya and Saanjh supporters. It is sad that some people are turning this forum into warzone, even to the extent that some people have to explicitly write in their post that "please don't bash me. I am not defending/ I am not supporting" .I feel like shouting "You can defend and support anyone you like. Go ahead". But sadly any opposing POV is not tolerated and people jump to 'mock' the OP. It is ok to disagree and write your view in respectful language even if you think the post is absurd. But what some people are actually doing is mocking the intellect and morality of a person just on the basis of what they want to see in a fictional show. Really? It is just a goddamn show.
What is the use of pointing out logical fallacies, hypocrisy, and ethical violations in each and every post? This show is supposed to be an entertainer, not a moral science documentary or mathematical logic course. People would write what they want to see based on what excites them the most. That doesn't mean you will start comparing it to their real life choices and ethical standards. If someone likes horror movies, it doesn't mean he believes in ghost or if someone likes action movies, it doesn't mean he goes around creating ruckus everywhere.
Also, this business of "earlier you said this and now you are saying this, you hypocrite" needs to stop. As the show progresses, new plots are revealed and people are expected to reevaluate the characters and align accordingly. They may or may not change their views, it is completely upto them what they want to see. People change their views all the time and that doesn't make them a hypocrite.
So if you do not agree with someone's post, either express your disagreement respectfully or if you cannot do it, refrain from posting please.
