It's not about mocking...
It's just that MB is an ancient Indian epic, n when people become self proclaimed professors, making inane comparisons to Mahabharata main characters, I do feel hurt that our epic is being so casually talked about.
Ok, power play can be compared to power politics of MB, but making baseless references to Mahabharata characters for every single character of a psycho thriller, where the protagonist is in all probability a psychopath, is not acceptable.
There are many on the forum, who do not know the MB in detail, n will be forced to falsely interpret the MB...That is morally irresponsible, imo.
Maya was said to be Draupadi...How????...Draupadi was actually disrobed, while Maya disrobed herself to achieve her psychotic goals thru manipulations.
Samay was said to be Madhav...He's turning out to be a psycho too...
Prem was said to be Abhimanyu...Most irrelevant n a "zabardasti* Wala type comparison...
Vandana was said to be Jayadratha...Ridiculous!!!
My point is, treat our epics with a lot more respect n please don't thrust your misplaced interpretation down the throats of those impressionable minds who don't know much about the Mahabharata...That's it.
