I am yet to watch the episode so don't know if Ayan had actually attempted to r**e or not but if he hadn't then he no where deserves the punishment for that irrespective of the fact whether or not his lawyer tampered with the evidences

@Saanjh fans whatever Maya does she would definitely be the winner the ultimate winner as it's her story of emerging as a winner

No guy has the right to touch a woman without her consent so it is absolute crime and deserves punishment.
Makers must be sensitive while dealing with the
subject...Hope they donot show a woman faking molestation which will give negative impact to the viewers.

3) Entering someone's property without their permission hence trespassing charges.

The wife can file cheating case against the husband but not the woman. From whatever little I know Indian law doesn't punish men or women for sleeping outside the marriage.

His crime no doubt deserves a punishment, no denying on that, the point is that he deserves punishment of a abuser, and not for an attempt to r**e

You can not say that since a person stole something, s/he deserves the punishment of a murderer
