The case is very strong on both sides if you think very rationally, Saanjh pursuing Maya's character as controlling, obsessive, manipulation which is yes very evident but even Ayaan's record is not that clean considering the fact that he went to jail earlier, flirted with other girls, dating on social networking . This things are also in Maya's favor to win the case as matter of fact that Simi testified Ayaan does not look at other girls and never touched anybody yet. Though I am not sure if Maya's lawyer will bring this up and it will be very difficult to say who will win this

Lets hope there will be equal justification and Saanjh give proper argument and evidence

Maya's lawyer will be replaced.. The new lawyer will get all the details of Ayaan.. And everything will go against Ayaan (dating, flirting are common and even many boys go to jail for most trivial reasons.. My friend along with his friends who did actually unite 2 lovers and got them married went to jail for few days, as the bride's father filed a case against them.. So it is not always only bad people go to jail.. It depends on the situation), CCTV evidences will go against Ayaan (from cctv cameras angle of view, he will be proven guilty).

Maya's sach will be buried down deep in the ground for a while..

But eventually the truth will come out.. May be in phase 3..

Well Maya's character has been out to people, if you are talking about the murder mysteries and Maya's past then yes it will not come out till phase 3 because that has nothing to do with court case. Phase 3 will be like spine chilling for us as viewers. One thing I am still holding belief is even if Maya win the case Ayaan will not go to jail, or Saanjh win's then of course Maya might not go to jail either.
