My biggest hunch about Maya's sach is that she used situation as opportunity even at the age of 9. Did Ashwin really torture her? I have my doubts there now...

Even I don't want her to die. She's my fav in this show.

But at the same time I believe if a character dies at the end, it becomes immortal in the eyes of audience. This ending Shruthi di had suggested few days before nd it sounded logical to me thus shared. 😊 But if she lives at the end, it will be even better😊

I think she actually got tortured by Ashwin. And saw him winning, hence she too uses his methods as she feels it brings victory. But there's something more she has done as a juvenile. So let's see.

Actually, I kinda also blame the actress for it.

I don't think we will get Maya's redemption in near future if it's really going GG ways

But I think Maya is a much more well written character than Amy. Amy was crazy without reason. S1 of Beyhadh shows the reasons behind Maya's mental state. S2 is like GG n few parts are like SB(CCTV camera, tattoo and all)

Dunno but I never felt Amy loved Nick so intensely, like Maya loves Arjun. So Maya's obsession has chance of becoming true love if she frees Arjun unlike Amy Dunn. Also like someone had pointed out, Maya thinks her love(obsession) for Arjun will actually help him one day. Unlike Samay's which is totally baseless n crazy. So maybe that's when her 7th vow plays out.

I don't think we'll have GG ending. It's like Evils winning. The evils inside Maya need to die n the good inside her should win at the end :)

In yesterday's episode Maya and Samay's scene was done so brilliantly . Without showing clearly everything they actually were able to make you feel Maya's disgust at Samay touching her ...the pain in Maya's eyes as she felt impure by Samay's touch and tears rolling down her cheeks... the pain in Samay's eyes cuz he had to cause physical suffering to his love... I would say the actors were absolutely brilliant there and so was the effect due to great camera work. Jennifer modulated her voice according to the necessity of that scene all the while keeping the effect of that scene intact... the lusty look that crossed over Samay's face seeing her open her robe and the shock and pain that he felt with Maya's each word ..Mayas anger frustration disgust everything was so perfect. That scene was sheer brilliance and only needs the right mind and taste to appreciate it .

The other couple in comparison looked totes bleak with Arjun giving confused blunt expression and Saanjh screeching at the top of her voice rising the decibel meter so high that I was actually worried for my incredibly sensible ears !

The two scenes provided such a sharp contrast and Aneri should really tone down a little... and less said about Kushal the better ..he has closed all doors of improvement. Sometimes from his expression it seemed like Arey I know everything y r u telling me all this cuz I can't do anything about it!

Wow, watching the epi again I noticed just when Samay tells Maya to leave Arjun and he will leave Saanjh, right after that scene Saanjh tells Arjun, "this all will never stop until you are with Maya." Does Saanjh really think Maya will leave them once Arjun leaves Maya? Her solution for the problem dialogue didn't make sense at all. How will everything stop once Arjun leaves Maya? If all this saving Arjun was really genuine as friend, shouldn't she have said to find out why Maya does that, to help her, to cure her considering she knows she has mental illness, to punish her and say anything reasonable? Why saying it all will stop once Arjun leaves Maya? That doesn't make sense and will only make sense that she says it because she just wants Arjun to leave Maya so she can have Arjun to herself?

Both her and Samay are just shameless. The only difference is Samay knows what he wants and doesn't try to give his goal a different name to pretend to be something else.

Arjun and Saanjh are no closer to Maya and Samay .Maya and Samay are extremes and simply perfect character portrayal.

Samay's last scene that he kisses the sand and submerges himself in it that he loves Maya and says I Love You Maya and plus he rubs the used tissue of Maya on his face shows how obsessed Samay is

After yesterday even I am sure now Samay is like a Main lead! I mean look at Twitter everyone is telling channel they loved Piyush's acting. And a whole episode dedicated to Maya and Samay. Plus Saanjh and Arjun I am happy have less screen space both actors can't act so glad they have no scenes yesterday much. Piyush is awesome! Want more and more of him

The only few similarities is that Maya too has a sick guy trying to woo her with extreme stuff, like Amy had Desi.
Maya's childhood and till she met Arjun, were really really really awful, but that doesn't make Amy's life any good. They both had suffered, though on different levels.
Amy wasn't as insecure as Maya either. Maybe that's because Maya had to deal with way more shit than her.
Maya "loves" Arjun but Amy hates Nick and wants him to be slave to her. They both are controlling, yea.
Amy suffers not from psychopathy but from Borderline personality disorder and narcissim.
Whereas, we see Maya, who is suffering from psychosis, becuase of her delusions regarding Arjun (I feel she's healing and recovering from that because of her now being aware of Arjun's feelings towards her), Obsessive compulsive disorder, Major depressive disorder, psycho motor agitation, and plenty more.

Ok... my view is that Amy lived a life that was probably not perfect. But that abuse is not severe.

All of us as kids would not have had a perfect childhood in all sense, those who did are really lucky ones. I met a friend whose mom did not comb her hair for like 9+ years and no it was not for any prayer and the matted hair looked really bad 😊 (am not saying that she should change... but it does have its impact). The family finally got her to shave her hair off when they started looking out for an alliance for my friend. My friend has his set of quirks but he is a lovable person.

So, not all parental behavior might lead to a child going nuts as adult. And all parents their set of quirks and they also have expectations... and Amy's did too. But it need not have driven her to kill or frame a person. That seems extreme. Amy was not rich as Maya but she was not found wanting... till she lent her money to Nick. Dunno about the monetary part now... so cant comment on it till I finish. That book is a work in progress... but cannot do much with a toddler in tow..

Love Maya and love each and every action of hers "IN the SHOW". That's the keyword. And most of us love Maya cause of the way Jen breaths life into this character. More than Maya its Jen we love for her portrayal of this complex character.

AS for Maya at the moment. There is no question that Maya had a valid physical assault case, when she was talking with Samay she had injury on her head and I believe some scratches too.

I would think the following are the reasons for Maya to frame Ayaan...

Physical assault - This is why I said Maya decided to punish Ayaan, in Maya's court the laws and punishments are different. She decides the punishment.

Saanjh would win and Maya would lose Arjun

But the fact that she went to a great extreme to deliver Ayaan the punishment... makes her look bad. But, INdian shows also have this thing for drama and more drama. Come Monday, Maya is going to cry buckets and probably tell her side of the story and we will all be like my puuur dear Maya. Disclaimer: So my POV is like an eternal pendulum. 😛😛

Love her, Hate her... but you cant ignore her. Sab Maya hai 😆😆
