@krystal when VM had fallen on Arjun's feet I had felt very bad and I had put that in a post also. I could even empathize with her when she takes the knife to hit Maya. Yes a mother whose son has been put in jail in wrong accusation will do that to the woman who is responsible for it. Then the plan was shown. The moment plan comes into place you are no longer innocent. You have come to get proofs hood winking Maya. So hoodwinking has its own price to pay. Depends on whom you are doing hoodwinking and the moment you start hoodwinking innocence is lost.

Going by that logic, intentions don't come into play.
In that light, a terrorist doing a recce on a strike location, and a journalist doing the sting operation of a corrupt politician become the same.

@krystal intend matters,

In a hoodwinking fight no one is completely innocent. Both sides have dharma and adharma. Only the balance tilting needs to happen towards which side has more dharma. That's it. VM had more dharma that's it because Maya incorrectly accused Ayan. it didnt mean Maya didnt had dharma at all. She too had because VM came to her room and snooped around. Because you have a right to defend yourself. But in the name of defense Maya went too far in injuring VM.

Maya wouldnt have had any dharma at her side, if she had gone to VM's room where VM was simply sitting and then did this act with her.

That's where I say grey matters. To think only you have dharma is sometimes not correct. The other person also has some of it.

Anyone remembers VM's reaction upon seeing Maya injured on her grah pravesh?
Did VM show any kind of humanity on seeing Maya hurt? She instead had a sadistic pleasure and had started cursing Maya. She even went further and said that there will be more blood. And voila! Yesterday VM's words came out true! Waah VM devi Jai ho!

VM didn't show any humanity on seeing Maya injured back then so thats why she got such kind of treatment from Maya.

What goes around must come back. And when it comes back its 10 times worst.

Yesterday Maya was 10 times bad on VM then VM was on Maya.

But at the same time I don't approve Maya's behaviour either.
According to me both VM and Maya are inhumane in their own way.

I am going to post what I've posted in other IF post:

I don't understand what is such hue and cry about yesterday's episode. This is what Maya is- a psychopath and grey/dark character. What happened with Vm is definitely not good but sympathy-puhleezzz🤪 . I don't have any sympathy for vm and saanjh ...for a second I can sympathise wid Arjun and Ayaan but these two ladies. No and never. First of all from promo itself it is quite clear that Maya is an psychopath and dark character so ye to hona hi tha. I was waiting for the day that when Maya will turn to extremities. It seems we are finally there. As far as violence is concerned, this Roohafza coloured blood is nothing in front of shows which I used to watch in which blood, violence, gory , nudity, sex , every socially objectionable things are clearly shown.
People who keeps on complaining about moral and social responsibility, dude this is a fiction show where scenes have to created as per the demand of the story . If the script is about psychopath then they have to show some real gruesome and disturbing activity , then only the script can be justified. This is the reason that Indian TV show is not able to produce any good , creative, realistic, innovative and unconventional shows because people are always there to criticise in the name of social and moral responsibility. They are too afraid to push the envelope. I wonder where is this moral gyaan gone , we have shows like saavdhaan india and crime petrol which is way more realistic than beyadh.

Bottom line is Maya is no way right, she is a mentally ill lady who is highly insecure and controlling nature, Hence, she has to do one or the other violent/psychopathic action. She never harm anybody without reason until and unless if she find the person as a threat to herself or her loved one. Her reaction against the betrayal are extreme and too much of defensive. People who doesn't like Maya, don't worry guys she will be punished either by law or by sending in asylum

@rbpll you put it quite well. This is Maya's expected behaviour. Beyhadh is not run of the mill love story. And coming to ethics and morality watch EK shows and you can see every ethics gone with the wind. Bitching, seducing, domestic violence you name it everything is justified in the name of Indian sanskaar.
@sumz thanks for bringing that scene. When Maya entered and she got injured VM didnt show any sympathy to her. Didnt even had the courtesy to bring a glass of water for that injured girl. She stood cursed and mutely watched the pain Maya went through. Ideally you should allow time to punish such people, but Maya is Maya. She decided it herself when she saw VM in her room and snooping around.

And remember how people had ignored Maya's burnt hand while she saved Saanjh from fire?

Actually all of Maya's good deeds went unnoticed and all took her for granted. It is due to this that Maya has lost her faith on people and humanity.

Maya has also become like those hypocrites. But the only difference is while hypocrites wear a mask of goodness Maya doesn't. She is just mad and bad openly.

Well vandana dint deliberately place a glass so that maya gets hurt. Here maya deliberately broke vandana s hand. There is a difference between both the scenes but Ofcourse if u r goal is defend and justify maya then u won't see the difference.
