First things first. Beyhadh is definitely one of a kind show.. Never saw anything remotely like this on Indian television. Hats off to Jennifer really, for having the courage and conviction to pull off such a character. Rosamund Pike who played Amy Dunne had the advantage of being an all out negative, a cold blooded calculated psychopath. Here, the character needs to balance out very deftly to cater to the sentiments of the target audience who by an large do not like to watch the lead as a complete negative character. No wonder audiences are so divided on their opinion about Maya.

Ayaan is Maya's target. He is the gold fish that came between her and Arjun so he needs to punished. Precaps more often than not are misleading. Ayaan drunk, leaving the house in anger , repeatedly saying he's going to teach her a lesson etc etc etc are just fortunate coincidences for Maya who seems to have set the stage to trap Ayaan. She saw Ayaan was following them, so she drugged Arjun, locked Jhanvi, hence now eye witnesses except victim Maya. Now Ayaan already under the influence of alcohol may actually manhandle her but molest/rape? I don't think so... he will be framed nonetheless..Maya's torn clothes, her testimony, circumstantial evidences will make a case against Ayaan. Who will come to his rescue this time? I'm guessing it will be Saanjh..perfect stage for her.. or Maya may withdraw the case on terms and conditions though I highly doubt that.. Ayaan and his bhai know Maya's tricks now..

So now where is this headed? As a party to the marriage, what is Arjun planning? Abuse Maya, rebuke and insult her, lie to her, hate her to fuel her anger, aggression and insecurity and let all this happen till one of her suicide attempts are successful? Or let go off the anger and coax her to seek medical help for the sake of their marriage? The more he will jerk her off, the more she will cling on to him.. the more he will hate her, the more desperate she will become to possess him.. hasn't he realized this by now? She said it , didn't she? She KNOWS he hates her .. ''nafrat ka rishta hi sahi, rishta tau hai''... Snap that rishta Arjun.. Stop hating her.. You don't have to love her for crying out loud.. Just be smart and use her weakness, i.e the love for you, to get her treated and liberate yourself..

Maya Jhanvi scene- loved ittt ! Ahhh Jen!! 👏 What are the questions Maya is seeking answers for?

It will head for a divorce! Maya will refuse & no mutual consent!
Arjun will have no option but to contest in a court case for getting relief! It will be a protracted battle! But Saanjh will fight the case for him!

So When vandana stops him from drinking thats alright but when maya do it thats wrong!
I agree that mayas ways are wrong but theres hypocrisy and double stantard in arjun, ayan, vm and saanjh!

Sruthi do u think its Maya plan to trap Ayaan ? coz wen the precap air I got teary I can't see Maya like this again n again. but after visiting twitter I let the doubt I poll on this an yeah 50% vote are said its Maya plan

Honestly, whatever Arjun told Ayaan about his and Maya's relationship is not enough reason to feel for him. If, as he claims he loved Maya, why he never thought of understanding her and maybe getting her some medical help. But as always he puts all the blame on her and wants the easy way out. He has always been very insensitive toward others, the best example is when Maya told him about her past, he suddenly realized the worth of his mother and went running to her, without even caring for a broken Maya.

Saanjh will never say anything bad about Arjun, because Arjun is her duffer and her duffer cannot do any wrong same like she cannot do any wrong. Saanjh's righteousness differs from person to person. Maya hiding about her depression to Arjun was a cheating, but Ayaan hiding about him being a Casanova from Simi is perfectly fine and could be just ignored. Her clinging to Arjun and meeting him secretly is perfectly fine, but Maya reacting to it is a crime. Tommorow if all the proofs say that Ayaan did molest Maya, Saanjh will side with Ayaan and will defend him for sure. As Mathur and sharma family is so righteous and Maya so evil.

Precaps can be misleading so I'll wait for the episode to air. As of now it seems like Maya's trap for Ayaan. But it could be the other way round too.

Guys I don't think it's Maya's plan to trick Ayaan into committing a rape...like that's a bit far fetched now let's agree. She's already gone through so much I don't think she'd voluntarily ask for some more.

But I'm really against Maya's character at the moment. She is acting completely out of pure jealousy, ego, arrogance and a belief of ownership over Arjun. She has also tarnished Arjun's name mercilessly many times. I don't know about you but that's not okay with me.

I do think that Arjun had given in to Maya's temptations when he "fell in love" with her, so it may be reasonable to give Arjun some credit for the mess he's gotten himself into, but the act of deceiving, tempting, holding captive for 3 years and being overcome with a desire to own a person like they're an object resonates as a complete Ravan rakshas to me.

Guys Maya has a problem, a serious one for that matter. I am happy that the CVs pushed their envelope to show her beyhadhness. She giving that injection to Arjun was too much. She cannot do that, and she should be punished for whatever she has done. I knew she had faked that ambulance funda. It was so obvious. And I had also felt she owns Arjun like a toy, not even a pet. But the problem is I cannot sympathize a bit with Arjun. Yes I would like him to be liberated from the mess, but for whatever happened I dont put the entire blame on Maya.

There are many hypocrisy in the dealings. As someone said VM can beat Ayan for drinking, Maya cannot say only 2 pegs. VM beating is fine, because she will beat, then they will again drink, she will beat, but then give aloo paratha. Maya seriously doesnt like that. She is not playfully telling dont drink, she means it.

Coming to molestation part I am not entirely putting my opinion now. I will do it only after the episode. There are 2 things I noted in the precap when that happens. First it is not Maya tearing of her clothes, Ayan tears her clothes, second Ayan is smiling as if enjoying. I will not rule out Maya's involvement in the mess because she bolted Jhanvi in her room, Arjun is sedated and in his room. Second how Ayan manages to enter the flat. You cant come just like that to Maya's flat.

I have certain guesses, but will put it only after the episode plays out today and most probably on Monday. because Monday epi is 130 and need to see where we are at interval of beyhadh.

Maya can't be justified. She limits Arjun's freedom. He suffocates. You can't blackmail with suicide.

And now take a look at these "settings" from both angles

Vandana says "Maya is bad," "get up with mandap or see me dead"

She's a mother, she has a right. Ok, I'm taking this into service

Maya says "these people are bad," "without you I will die"

In both cases, we have a restriction on communication with other people, in both cases we have blackmail with suicide

But Vandana has the right

Oops, Maya is his wife, and she has the right too!

But the intentions of the Vandana are good. Ok, I'll take this into service

And what are Maya's intentions? She wants to protect him from bad people who will not give him happiness and will separate them. She's wrong, it's not. Well, who cares? This is a purely individual perception of a person, and nothing more. Vandana is mistaken too - superstition is not a sign of progressive humanity, and you can not judge based only on this or on words person like Ashwin

Saanj calls all the time, she has the right, she is worried

Maya watches, she suffocates him, how can she

Wait. She's his wife, she's worried, and she's has the right. Oops!

Ayan rushes in righteous anger - "she separated me from my brother." Oops, you're going to separate her from her husband
