I have seen the thread, thought of putting some comments there, but refrained as it became a warzone.

But according to me both Tanvi and Originals are at fault. First episode is not played out. We dont know what has happened. So to bring a a very serious thing as rape into a topic was very much at fault. It would have been fine with me, if she had made the comment after the episode played out and if indeed Maya forced herself on Arjun. Seduction cannot be termed rape as the other party also gives consensus for the relation. Whether seduction is right or wrong is a different question altogether but it cannot be clubbed with rape where you physically attack a human for sexual pleasure while the other party cries, fights and pleads not to do it.

Fight over POVs, but it would be better if everyone dont use such serious things like rape for describing a segment or show their hatred or dislike towards a character.

Originals reacted in a very very bad way which that person shouldnt have been.

I did not say that. She can ship whoever she likes. It's completely her wish. But I have seen earlier and in one topic made by her I pointed that out to her also... She made a topic about Saajun I guess don't remember exactly what and when there was no response to it ..her very next comment was where have the BASHERs gone? So what is the meaning of this! Does she want her topic to get bashed and inviting them to come there?

Like I said I don't complain if u report originals or anyone who gives disgusting remarks.. but the people who instigate as such should not be given a free pass also. Rest is left to you to decide.

Saanjh is being called a s**t so does that mean we call maya fans with such disgusting names? No though we don't appreciate what s being said but we never attack the real members with those words. It's as simple as that. At the end of the day maya arjun saanjh are fictional characters. We cannot keep quiet when something is said to real member.

I saw one thread saanjh murder its a poll I'm not sure about topic name if you please check there was also a comment where is saanjh fans???
One person said they won't come to forum if saanjh has fault...

Comments on a REEL character should not be instigating people to this level...That they start abusing REAL people

Tanvi may have erred in comprehending the scene, so big deal????? Even I thought it was more of seducing a drunk husband than a rape attempt..That's her pov...This is mine...

Her comment HAD NO PERSONAL ATTACK WHATSOEVER.

There is no way Tanvi's comment & Originals comment can be compared. Those trying to justify Originals comment or trying to blame Tanvi as well need to understand that "Members are free to comment on the characters of a fictional show, maintaining IF COC, BUT MOST DEFINITELY NOT ON MEMBERS OF INDIA-FORUMS."

Any personal attack on forum members under the guise of heated discussion/provocation is unhealthy and should be avoided, always!

But,attacking a lady by another male/female member with a sexual slur is gross/disgusting and to be condemned with all might!

It calls for an immediate expression of remorse/regret if not an outright apology by the aggressor!

It does not matter what was the genesis of provocation, unless the victim has indulged in a very similar manner to her aggressor! Even then, an eye for eye will only make everyone blind! The first offender should get reported without escalating further!

It is time some exemplary punitive measures are invoked to restore some order/civility & ensure healthy debate takes place in the forum!

I have always refrained from making any comment in this forum. The atmosphere was never warm. Members stoop to new levels. But it's very sad and disgusting to see the personal remarks. What sort of culture is this. And the way she boasts about she bashing others is heights.

I have noticed comments from this person who attacked Tanvi before too, every single comment is filthy language or name calling or attacks. I really feel pity for him/her, it has to be hard to live with so much hatred and filth in ones mind. I generally avoid this person's posts/comments etc, do not even bother to read it.

Coming to the topic in question, I have not watched the video so can't comment whether it was rape or not. Those who think rape is only when the victim is fighting. Please do brush up your education on the topic, any non consensual meaning one party says no but the other have sex with the non willing party is a rape. Intoxicating someone to have sex with them is also termed rape. Just because one is married to you does not give you the right to have sex with that person if he/she is not interested, it is termed marital rape. If Tanvi speculated a rape knowing that the show has been showing Arjun not wanting to have any relation with Maya is normal but for that, personally attacking her back is just not something that can be accepted.
