An actor like JW needed someone who could hold his own ground opposite her. Arjun is supposed to be a happy-go-lucky zindadil who has ambitions to make it big like any other normal guy. It's such a BASIC characterization which any decent actor could have pulled off with ease. Piyush would have done it really well. He'd have given depth to that character and made it charming like Shruti mentions in her reply in the previous page. Ah, le sigh.
