She began to pursue Arjun because he saved her from Ashwin. She thought that he can give her the security & physical protection. If everything was fine at her end, she wouldn't have fallen for this worthless person. Arjun does not love anybody except himself.

you see its both their faults personally. before this whole bhaang issue there has been numerous times where maya saw Arjun and Saanjh mingling and its just bad timing personally

for example a late romantic dinner that Maya made for Arjun. saanjh calls arjun to come to a restaurant. firstly Arjun should have said NOO but that duffer is not even a bloody gentlemen but Saanjh who i felt is actually sane and mature should know not to call a man in the night to come here or there cause at night thats probably the time when a married couple tend to get more close and romantic. and Arjun leaving to go to Saanjh it will ofcourse make Maya angry and knowing mayas thats probably a Hit reason to punish Saanjh

personally if i was married and i put alot of hard work in making a late romantic dinner for my hubby only to see him run off to see a girl-friend to have a drink. I'd be sooo heart broken and Angry and personally i would tell that women to back off. i dont know about other women but i would.

even if my husband was flirting with a another women i would get angry. Divorcing is a option but dont you think its a easy route out for Maya?? Maya wont play it easy on Arjun or Saanjh. she will defo teach a lesson first and thats how Maya is.

i personally feel she is not bad but peoples actions make her bad and she does not want to be bad. you can see the vulnerable and innocent side to her when she is around ganesh

When Maya legit wants to be nice people thinks it's fake and they take advantage out of her niceness and that's when Maya is forced to be manipulative.
It's a shame she wants people to love her

Maya is a very insecure person she thinks that he is her strength and is willing to overlook his personality coz she thinks once she gets him alone and under her control she will be able to mold him into what she wants him to be. but forget self respect its hard to like them as a pair coz i dnt know what she could actually like in him

Well if there would be any other women in her place she would question arjun but would there be any women who would deliberately spike in her hubby s drink and create a scene there. I don't think so. Maya is player. Her thinking starts where are thinking stops.

Maya is not a normal person. Normal ppl go n confront their better halves. Wn she use to tell Jhaanvi, don't go to Ashwin, did she listen? No... so Maya had to manipulate. She thinks she can survive only by manipulation n controlling ppl.

She is willing to let go of her self respect for love n acceptance... why wud u think she was bearing Vandana? Right now she thinks Arjun is innocent... she is blinded n Arjun is taking advantage of it.

Coming to d office scene, dy did not show dt Maya has done anythn. May be d employees thot she wud fire dm, so dy put in their papers. Itz just an assumption. M sure u wud think diff way since u don't like Maya.

I know she genuinely tried to get into the good books of Vandana. But I'm talking about her behavior throughout the show. She literally 'bought' Arjun's love without letting it develop organically. So why is she trying to separate Saanjh from Arjun? Either accept them for who they are without trying to screw things b/w them or leave them? She can control her mother because she's family but Arjun and Saanjh are third parties. She's no right to manipulate things in her favor by playing games and separating them. Of course she's the reason why the female employees resigned, only blind Maya lovers can't understand the obvious, which btw is such an atrociously unprofessional thing to do at workplace.
