I agree nobody has a perfect life. If Saanjh is trying to move on, after today's incident, she wudn't meet Arjun. Maya never wanted Arjun till he saved her from Ashwin. She wanted security and love, which she felt Arjun can provide. Maya has Arjun now but with the baggage of Saanjh. He can't live without Saanjh and their so called friendships is poisonous. Is it not a possibility that deep down he loved Saanjh and did realise it after accepting Maya, but cudn't back out coz she can give him all the comforts he wants? if i remember his first ILU to Saanjh was on the marriage day, tho we brushed it aside saying itz friendship wala ILU.

If you are against emotional infidelity then why are you supporting Saajun? According to you Saanjh wud be wrong only if she sleeps with Arjun, till then it is all her weakness.

Nope, if arjun had to marry Maya solely for her money then he wouldn't wait for so long before accepting her proposal. He accepted her proposal only when he genuinely felt that maya cares for him.

To answer ur question about emotional infidelity in the other thread, i feel it is unacceptable. And if circumstances are forcing u to spend ur life with ur spouse, then it's ur moral duty to make ur marriage work and forget about the third person. It's for ur own mental peace, imo.

Fate is more cruel to Maya than Saanjh because

1. Her own father is behind her back for the property. He had tortured her in the childhood and had also beaten her in the public, calling her mad, ensuring that she has no friends or well-wishers.

2. Jhanvi is more after Ashwin's love and not that much bothered about her.

3. Arjun was promising initially and stood for her but now he is thinking about his convenience. If the law had allowed a man to marry more than once, he would have married both Maya and Saanjh. One is his choice. i.e. Maya and the other is Vandana's choice i.e Saanjh.😆

4. Maya had initially put genuine efforts to fit the bill of a good DIL but it was Vandana who had not only resisted but also looking for the ways to insult, taunt and humiliate her. She has no right to slap Maya even if it had by accident. Althoughshe got to know Maya's reality, fine, she could have given the love that she wants instead of complicating the matters for herself in this way.

In yesterday's episode, I agree what Maya had done was absolutely wrong and there is no justification for that. She should have at least had the courtesy to say that Arjun is not at home. But even Vandana had done the same thing to Maya by slammingthe door on her face without even looking at her hand. I don't think it was self-harming as others say.

What did Maya get by giving a job to Arjun and tolerating his unprofessional behavior even when she didn't love Arjun?

What did she get by bailing out Ayaan?

What did she get by uniting Arjun with Vandana?

What did she get by saving Arjun's life? - Of course, Arjun proposed to Maya but he is very much committed. He was talking crap even in the bachelor's party after drinking. He will react only when his ego gets hurt. He does not have a mind of his own. She had prepared the dinner for him to have the romantic moments but Arjun lied to her when he got a call from Saanjh.

Manipulations give her temporary happiness. She thinks if she does not resort to manipulations, whatever happiness she is getting, even that she won't get. She had decided to give up manipulating after marriage but Vandana proved her right in her thinking.

Maya kills/harms herself, she has her own reasons. any person in her place would do that. what is the point in her living? For whom she should live? She has lost the reason to live for herself.
