Well jokes apart for me in yesterday's episode when Maya tries to tell the truth to Arjun and he tells her, he doesnt want to know her past, Maya felt that is her victory. Her past Arjun wont mind. She was about to tell him, her stabbing Ashwin and her mental illness including suicide attempts. The thoughts in her mind reflected that. She was genuinely happy when he stopped her. So I dont think she is the killer.

But then that blood on both their faces indicate that the fact Arjun didnt hear her out is going to go against her. Maybe she didnt murder Ashwin now , but then her stabbing him, her enemity with him and many other things including her psychic behaviour will ensure she is trapped, maybe along with that he is also trapped.

Or it can be she murdered, but the clues will point to him including whatever he told in the pub. So it might put Maya in a fix where all her back story will have to come out if a lawyer that is Saanjh needs to defend Arjun. Because only from that past, the present can be deciphered and truth reached.

And why do I feel the killer is not any of them but someone else completely and that third person is completely hidden but that murder will bring all the turmoil in Arjun-Maya life.

@ALL - If you have read my previous posts, I doubted Jhanvi the most, followed by some unknown person and then Maya. But that was before Jhanvi multiple times expressed the desire and motive to kill Ashwin. Any person who is too easily a suspect is never usually the killer going by the standard of good murder mysteries.

At this point, Jhanvi, Vandana, Arjun, Saanjh, all of them don't seem potential enough to be categorised as a suspect. Particularly Saanjh because as Shruthiravi said, her being lawyer would serve no purpose then. She's there for the investigation and defense purpose, to fight against or to fight for somebody. Mostly like, the accused who will probably be innocent.

I can't eliminate Maya from my suspect list for two reasons. A) Because the number articles and spoilers explicitly saying that Maya's Ashwin's killer couldn't be for nothing. Whether or not they're from credible sources, Maya could have something to do with the murder other than being the murderer herself or her past angle. B) Like, I said in my post, it's a gut feeling I can't shake off.

So, basically, my theory would boil down to Maya vs some unknown person.

PS I'm a little sceptical about Ashwin's living in partner. (Forgot her name) Not sure but she's been with Ashwin for long and she could thus know a lot of details about Maya, that file of hers which Jhanvi had burnt among other possible things. She was another person close to Ashwin and has a greater motivate than the rest of the characters already mentioned.

To ease everyone's mind. I will say Maya has a Long lost sister or twin sister whose out for revenge. Its very possible. Or maya switch place with the real Maya and stole her life.

Another idea, Maya isn't ashwin child and she was adopted
