Will Saanjh do the 'Doolhadan' at the wedding?

I could've have understood her thought process had Arjun been controlled and blackmailed by Maya, and he was not actually in love but had to be with her because Maya had threatned to destroy him, his family or something of that sort like we usually see vamps doing and he had to be with her to somehow save himself or family but actually loved Saanjh. Then it wouldve made sense for Saanjh to think that once Maya is gone, she and Arjun will be able to be together. That would've made sense, But here's none of it is the case. I really don't get how and why she keeps saying she's giving Arjun to her when it's not true and CVS make her scenes to abla nari and herione like as if it's true. Usually herione scenes are like that, but at least those herione scenes make sense and true where as that's not the case here.
