I can't understand saanjh

This girl i mean she literally wrote Arjun name on her hand as if she is the bride and after that she was like ek baar Mehndi lag jae to mitate nahi upshagun kehlata he but i do have a feeling ke jaane anjane usne ayaan ka naam likh dia he coz ayaan will also fall for saanjh

But the point that she wrote an A despite knowing someone else was marrying him was a big turn off tho!
She still hasn't moved on, and if she doesn't then I see a high possibility of Saanjh creating fights for ArYa in the future. She may do things on purpose to make them separate :(
