Even i dont want saanj an arjun. His so selfish and stupid. But maya is sick, I'm not saying it in a disgusting way. She lets her mind conjure up negative thoughts like what if . causing her to be insecure an jealous which leads to her manipulating saanj. She knows saanj loves arjun even before she had him, but her mind had already made her an enemy. Before the confession .

What i really want to know is who is the real maya? Is she the one that was clinging to arjun when the pandit talk about her future? Is she the girl we saw in the office? Or is she the women that was stabbing ashwin with her heels?

@angel i don't think maya has split personality disorder. u can 't define who is real maya who isfake .

we should know what is the cause of disorder
genetic or post certain event .

to what extent maya can manipulate , what she will do her extreme boundary is pushed.

what will happen if arjun decides to leave her ( not necessary coz of saanjh ) to what extent she can go to get him back . or she will like to destroy him . or she will destroy herself .

her manipulation can 't be justified every time using ashwin card .

she does manipulation to remove her insecurity , she wants arjun not coz of love but he makes her feel secure . whatever will sooth her pain she want it desperately.

she sent those emails to remove ashwin out so people suspect him . why there was need to involve saanjh there . Nothing of sort happened to provoke her . after saanjh 's confession she made situation arjun propose her , he gave two vachan to her . why was the need to brinh saanjh from other office to her office and create unnecessary fight . infact it was more heated than even maya's expectation that she felt again insecure what if such trivial matter create fight in them and ge decides to tell her go away .

her vachan are so extreme , she want her relationship above every relationship . that is understandable. but to what extent? what if in certain circumstances his frn n fly needs him . will she allow him to go freely or get insecure and do manipulation.

she doesn't have right to suffocate anyone and take their fredom .

only boundary of maya set by herself will define if she is grey/ dark / evil/ innocent victim.

and i want to see what cvs had planned and imagined rather than going by individual preference of people.

"This forum is for discussion" these were the words told by Lumos herself so I'm not making any warzone but expressing my opinions.

I did very well read the post. What is wrong in her saying Maya will destroy ashwin & arjun. That is what Maya herself has said. There is no debate abt ashwin everyone knows what she is doing with ashwin. Abt arjun Maya herself has indicated how she will not spare him if he have to go away. Like her dialogue that once someone wants to withdraw hand from her hold they will have to learn to live without hand. Or the symbolism of flame destroying arjuns lamp in mauritius

Was your essay based on only this sentence that Maya will destroy ashwin and arjun😆 God save ppl from making mountain out of molehill.

A person with mental illness should recover but this show is not social message show. It's a thriller. Viewers want to see which extent maya goes for the sake of her Obsession. No matter what she does. The character will never be hated. It will be iconic character like SRK from Darr.

Maya s unpredictable nature keeps the show going.

I agree, if its genetic than it runs in the family. I read some where about mental illness can happen due to genetic disorder, childhood abuse an i forgot the last part. But it might be genetic maybe from jhanvi side. Maybe thats why she understood maya than ashwin. But your right maya could have ruin ashwin without using saanj. She planned everything without error.

She not only fooled the other characters but some viewers as well. Shes a master of manipulation an a a brillent foe. Its like she can see into the future an know exactly how they will respond. Her cognitive level is to high. They made her untouchable an too powerful. But a time will come when she wont be able to read the players next move or see it coming. I wonder then how she will counterattack.

Anyway, Cvs will end up rushing the ending since the show will be ending. But if it doesnt i want to see the after affect of maya. How her behavior will change when shes one with him. Will her cognitive level die down, or will it make her even more deadly.

The only sentence which really caught my eyes was
"There won't be any redemption for her actions because she is a patient of mental illness"

I'm going to use your line... ' how do you know there won't be any redemption in Maya character, did Maya call you and said that to you ??? Did you watch the future episodes to know that Maya won't redeem' 😆 loool how pathetic, now you know how silly it feels when someone's says that.

Seriously cut some slack. Every freakin day you always need to make a Maya post. If you love saanjh so much, why don't you make a post about her 'good actions' oh wait ... You can't because the person who wants her haldi put on arjun, the person who put haldi on mirror to make it feel she is getting married to Arjun, the person who looks into someone's bag and is taking advantage of her job position for something wrong can't be classified as a 'good person' nor is it 'good actions'

@angel i hope there is no rushed ending. they have planned this show in advance.

as far as Maya 's opponent wether it us saanjh /arjun or new person he/she should use manipulation but with in limit of law . only way to prove audience that justice can be achieved following rules n regulations of society.

i still find jhanvi weird if she has manipulated maya or if she will in future than maya will learn where she was wrong by tasting her medicine ( off course if she is sane n not patients of bpd)

oh i forgot about arjun . i never started watching this show for saajun but i really loved their bond at 1 point even wanted to root for them . but than arjun chose maya so i didn't want to ship them as couple but still loved their bond . but arjun made me anti saajun . this guy who knew saanjh so long , she was only best frn of arjun , only girl close to arjun still he can't understand her !!
he knows very well she is more focused about his wellbeing than hers . her prayers are always about him . still he could blame her for being jealous of his career n relationship . common she was leaving to Singapore right u only stopped her from going. he can't differentiate between ego n self respect of his frn . she was upset not because it was arjun n maya 's haldi but her duffer had huge ego n that is why he could not come n say forget the fight n plz come for haldhi . his sorry was not even needed . past scene also suggest that arjun never ever said sorry to her . Remember their hug scene arjun was about to say sorry but saanjh hugs him n stops saying if u will say sorry my ears will burn . just one effort to call her for haldhi n this girl would be there participating in his rituals happily ignoring her heart ache .
why arjun can't tell in simple language that "saanjh baba don't come between me n maya wether she lies or harms me it is my problem. we are couple we can deal it " . there was no need to accuse n insult her .

I get what you are saying about Maya. But as far as Maya's redemption is concerned, that is something we will have to wait and watch. We can't say it will or won't happen at this stage. It is still too early in the piece for that.

I am watching the show to watch what Maya does next, because to me she is the most fascinating character on this show. She is unpredictable in her actions, but her intentions are always clear. She knows what she wants and everything she does is in aid of this. She has no confusion in her mind. She is a go-getter. One of the main reasons for her success is her single-minded dedication to what she sets her aim on. Maya is a winner and so far she has won.

Yes Maya has a mental illness. But I believe she has never received adequate treatment for it. That is why it is where it is right now. She had terrible parents who ruined her life and her current state is directly related to them. Her Mother is pathetic and Maya had to Mother her most of her life. It's frustrating to deal with someone who refuses to acknowledge reality. Ashwin is a user and is bad news. But Jhanvi is a loser, so she believes him. He uses her, and she lets herself be used. She is addicted to this abusive man and his brand of charm. In my eyes, Jhanvi is worse than Ashwin. Knowing full well what Ashwin is, she not only exposes herself to him but puts Maya in danger as well. I can't imagine having parents who thought less about me and more about themselves. That has been Maya's reality all her life. No wonder she is a mess!

Maya doesn't know normal love. She doesn't know how to be a regular person. She is who she is, and her love is the way it is. This is the only way she knows. In her mind, she is fully justified. But her methods are flawed. I am really glad they are at least trying to center a story around a flawed character who is not some Abala Nari, super bahu type. Or a woman who has no self-respect, and never stands up for herself and lets herself be used. So on that score, Beyhadh is meeting my expectations. Even if Arjun and Maya are NOT end game, I personally don't think Arjun and Saanjh should be either. It is too much of a cliche. These three people each need to find their own path. I don't think anyone needs to end up together. That is my view.

Exactly, Saanjh is in her dream world who thinks she can still get Arjun. She has been doing detectivegiri in the name of her caring for Arjun. She thinks no one can love Arjun as much as she does.
