Arjun stands by Maya, but Maya should continue working

Today we saw that Arjun stood by Maya and was ready to marry her
But his love is deep enough, and he said that he has already married her in his heart
This is why no matter what happens, I think Arjun will decide to stand by Maya and marry her even if people blame her for ashwins death. I don't think he will pay heed to anyone including Saanjh... he loves her too deeply now so it seems impossible to leave her...

I was thinking since now Arjun is the MD, he will appoint a secretary, and maybe Maya should become the secretary so she can help him in business. I'm sure that duffer doesn't know anything. If not secretary I hope Maya holds some sort of position in the office nahi toh how will work get done. And it won't be fair, for Maya to just not do anything anymore. I mean it was her company!

In all this I'm not understanding why arjun isn't doubting ashwin actions & is angry towards him & stronger for Maya against ashwin.

I can't comprehend anything from arjun, may be it's khushal acting or the character I don't get. But like before arjun isn't doubting or furious towards ashwin.

Maya has done this to protect herself and Jhanvi from Ashwin. Arjun does not have any knowledge in business. I think she has only pretended before Jhanvi regarding her resignation so Jhanvi will get to know that Ashwin has not changed. I don't think Maya will stop working after her marriage. When Sonia Gandhi got the PM's post 7 years back, she made Manmohan Singh as a PM but he had to take decisions in consultation with her. I guess it will be the same scenario in Arya case too. If Arjun is the MD, Maya still remains as the Founder of Fashion & The City.
