I think we focus on arjun s feelings as today there were too many symbolisms and everyone draws meaning favourable to them. Till now arjun doesn't any special feelings for maya. Atleast I don't feel when I watch them.

Maya has made some plans Let's see what's she is up too.

Saanjh and Arjun are soulmates, that has been proved time and again. No matter how many times they fight, Arjun always thinks of her and misses her. About symbolisms, the most significant one was when Arjun writes those names. I agree with the views of ppl on that, that maya will be part of the family and Saanjh will remain separate. And slowly n gradually saanjh will be wiped out and havoc in arjun's life will follow, which was symbolised by the two sides of the ocean meeting.

Maya said, 'aaj se tum sirf mere honge Arjun'. And emphasised sirf mere. Now in one night how can arjun become hers. And the sirf mere part indicates that she has indeed made a plan to eliminate saanjh.
