She's doing what a best friend does, watching out for her best friend. She asked arjun yest, "what if we change in the future?" And here the we symbolised the bond they both have shared since childhood

And I disagree with u when u say that arjun is not connected to saanjh and is using her. He doesn't let anybody hurt saanjh, and when he himself does it, he makes sure he makes up for it in the best way possible. Before going to maya yest, he came to saanjh. Sure he doesn't love her in a romantic way but loves her nevertheless. And in a much better way he can ever love maya.

He will surely fall in love with maya, but that will not be true love. Maya herself said,"mere pyaar se bachke kahaan jaaega"

Shes giving him perks, the promotion, the brand new cabin and expensive gifts only coz she wants him to be hers. And arjun thinks she is a very nice person coz for him only the outside of something matters. He is a duffer n still thinks that maya is doing this coz of his talent. And maya based on how she is outside is pretty normal, for anybody other than us viewers or her mom n ashwin or vandana or saanjh. So for arjun, considering the good soul he is, getting maya ice cream or saving her in that hot air balloon is no special thing, but for maya it is. Precisely coz she never felt cared for before. And if u want more proof that arjun was just being nice,he wanted to leave after giving maya the ice cream, but maya said,"bhaag ke nai jaa sakte, sochna bhi mat"

Arjun shares a deeper bond with saanjh than maya. N this whole story is abt how that changes in due course of time due to maya's beyhadhness, and then comes back to the way it used to be. How maya's beyhadhness will destroy 3 lives. Its ok to not like saanjh because her life revolves arjun, it's ur pov n I respect it. But arjun doesn't have anything for saanjh is not right. Coz he sure loves her a lot, as his best friend.

this Post was meant to discuss about Saanjh and her behaviour towards Arjun and her dialogue,
that doesn't mean, we can bash any character or actor! This post wasn't negative at all. I just wanted to point out my views and wanted to know your views aswell. But this became like a fight.
I just simply wrote that Saanjh said "Let her die or let her fall", but as many people here said that, that doesn't mean she wants to kill her nor she is negative character! And this is definitely not a discussion Post about Aneri Vajani! You can dislike any actor, any character, any people. But that doesn't mean, you can bash people or hurt people's feelings or judge people's thoughts and opinions. Can't we have a friendly and peaceful discussion on this Forum ever??? I mean, really? Every positive or negative Posts turns into bashing post! Why? What is your problem? If you dislike anyone, then go on. People won't judge you or question you about anything.! Coming to comparisions. Comparing any actor, character or people is not allowed on I-F nor it's cool to compare someone with anyone!
I know this is a triangle show, but that doesn't mean, one of them can be bashed!

I hope, I made myself clear that I do not want any fight created in my Posts or I will have to ask for closure!

What I find grating about Saanjh is her hypocrisy. She said that Maya lied and pretended to be Arjun's friend but she loves him. (Something like that when she was arguing with Arjun). But the truth is that is what SHE has been doing all these years. Not "Pretended" to be his friend (she really IS his friend), but hiding the fact that there is more to her feelings. She is also misleading Arjun. She has not confessed her feelings, but acting like she has some right over him that only a Partner would have? If you want him TELL him, instead of hating Maya for having the guts to do so. Same applies for Saanjh's Mum and Arjun's Mum!

The way she behaved about Maya and the whole Hot air balloon thing was clearly like a jealous girlfriend or wife. Arjun had to keep saying I didn't say yes to her, she was very upset etc etc, as if he needed to "Justify" himself to her. I found that whole confrontation downright strange. Dude you guys are best friends...WHY do you need to justify yourself about why you're with another girl?

I like Saanjh as a person. I think she's nice. But I can't connect to her character because she is too clingy with Arjun, her whole world revolves around him and her family is hell annoying. She is a smart girl, she should have realized by now that if she doesn't confess her feelings, Arjun can and will find someone else. I feel like Saanjh, her family and Vandana are being hypocrites and acting like everything is Maya's fault, when even before she was in the equation, Arjun was clueless about Saanjh's feelings and clearly did not return them!

If today, Maya has come into his life and she LOVES him, how does that make her a villain? Because she showed her feelings, confessed her feelings and Arjun is STILL hanging around her? It's clear Arjun has some fascination with her too! She is beautiful, smart and successful. It's not at all surprising he finds her attractive. Most men would. Leaving aside Maya's "Issues", she is a very eligible woman and the kind of woman a lot of men would consider a catch. So Arjun's head being turned by her so called "Love" for him is to be expected. If I were a guy I probably would be too! So I think Saanjh, her family, and Arjun's family need a reality check.

P.S: Criticizing a character and their actions is allowed. It's not "bashing". There is no need to moral police about why one can't criticize a character. This is a free forum and everyone is entitled to an opinion and to express it. As long as they keep it civil and refrain from personal attacks.

I've maintained my silence on Saanjh because I've noticed some people are not as open to criticism on her but because I am a sucker for good characters, I can barely contain it. I think with recent events we've gotten to see another side of Saanjh and if anything, I'm finding it harder to connect with her character more and more.

yeah, same goes to me. I too don't discuss about her but this time I gave it a try but it ended as better as I expected.😆 because there are soo many people who dislikes Saanjh and bashes Aneri. Dunno why? She is doing her job very well. I love her acting.

My main concern with Saanjh is that she lacks depth. We're only seeing Saanjh: Arjun's best friend and the girl who's secretly in love with him. She's attached to him but at the same time she's too attached to him. She loves him and the whole "let her fall" scene solidified my thoughts about her. Saanjh is just as obsessed with him as Maya but while Maya is not afraid to hide her love; Saanjh is. She's afraid to lose the friendship while Maya is willing to put everything at stake.

Yes! I agree. Saanjh is obsessed as much as Maya! That's what I am saying all the time, that we should not trust Saanjh as much as we don't trust Maya.

Saanjh is threatened by Maya (and vice versa) and she's panicking because she isn't sure what to do; while Maya is using her wit. I know the writers want us to sympathize with Saanjh for her unrequited love but I can't find myself to feel that way as she's coming off as very clingy. To top it off, I've never been able to see Saanjh as a strong woman. Mostly because her entire family has been goading her on as well as Arjun's mom. She's coming off as a girl with no spine and I'm not liking that since Saanjh seems to cherish her friendship. We see her shedding tears but not fighting for her love.

Her character is being shown so poorly and its very disappointing for me because it has so much potential. I love a good character but she's just not someone I can connect with.

Yes, I mostly find myself on any character of a show, but this time, not.😆 Saanjh is different. I can't understand her. What she will do next, you'll never know! This is what I don't like about Saanjh. She is confused.

As for Aneri, I have nothing against her. I think she's a doll. It's the first time I'm seeing her perform and I'm loving how she's nailing it. She's so cute and so adorable! I can differentiate between actors and characters so before anyone says I'm bashing Aneri, I'm not.

Yes! But this character somehow doesn't suit her! But still she does it very well. I love her acting. Even if she is acting clingy or so, mostly people get irritating, but she is everythnig but not irritating.😆
