where I live, what MJ did in the beginning was definitely sexual harassment. Manvi did not see it for what it was but that does not change the fact that it was a form of harassment. The story is from maya's point of view that's why everyone is culprit otherwise antara and yogi are not that much wrong if u think from there point of view antara is MJ's wife and also mother of 2 son she invested 20 years in this marriage . Both rudra and rishi love mj deeply it's wrong to tell the mj truth to them rudra got hurt badly due to mj but still he never told the truth to rishi to safeguard him emotionally same way antara keep the mj dark secret away from both rudra and rishi so for there own betterment. Maya never come to antara if mj accept the child . Mj refused to accept the child that's why maya comes to antara otherwise she is always live in her dreamland . Yogi consider maya as her sister so she saved her from MJ's worth but he is just a driver u don't expect that he take a strong stand against mj who is a powerful and ruthless businessman . He already told maya to live the city forever and not to comeback but she didnot listen to him. Maya never take any advice from him before starting the affair with mj . But expect that he will support him and save him. Totally neglected the fact that it can create havoc in yogi' s family also what yogi did was wrong but we didn't know the story from yogi's side he helped mj willingly or he has forced to betrayed maya Cvs still didn't reveal it.

Somehow not able to empathise with Maya Jaisingh. Felt really bad for Manvi. I love Manvi. But Maya is a villian. She is almost as bad as MJ (just my opinion). Killing innocent Rishi , defaming Antara etc.

Maya is my favourite character. Despite 1000 wrongs, my heart ached for Maya Mehrotra in Beyhadh, but this season I am not able to root for her the same way. And it's not just about killing. Even maya 1 killed innocent people but something is missing this season.

Maya setting up innocent Ayaan in fake rape attempt and running over him with her car mercilessly are much much worse than Maya Jaisingh's deeds. At least MJS has justifiable reasons unlike Maya Mehrotra who was just a plain, entitled VILLAIN. Antara deserves every bit of defamation for being a sly b*tch enabling the likes of creepy predators like MJ.

But Manvi had fallen for MJ first moment she saw him. That was obvious the way she was acting. No intern will go saying "I am not going to have affair with my boss, thats wrong etc". That only means opposite that shes attracted to him and wants to have an affair badly with the person. But his married status is making her nervous.

With so many ppl in company why only MJ target manvi. Because the others are clever and do not circle around him and act like lost dove in front of him. Has Nandini whose so scared of outside men trapping her innocent daughter never told Manvi whats rights and whats wrong in love and relationship? Has anyone taught every woman how to avoid problems regarding men in india or asia, girls observe and learn how to avoid pesty men and be safe be it school, college or office and roads.

I will not believe being born in a conservative society like India where men and woman roles and behavior are clearly demarked from childhood Manvi was so innocent to be trapped by a 45-50 year old man like MJ in office. Manvi had liked MJ from first minute and was fascinated by the rich powerful MJ so she had affair with him. If a person is so innocent as Manvi was assumed to be ppl will take advantage of her in school or college only. She need not wait to go to office to meet a man like MJ, she will get many in school and college only who will be ready to fool her. For me Manvi was fascinated by MJs personality an fan girl kind of desire and when he started showing interest she fell for him, divorce or not was secondary in this affair actually. If divorce was so important for her to have an affair she would find out from colleagues and other outsiders whether MJ was really divorced before having a baby from him.

Somehow our society will want to put all blame on one person for affair and absolve other of all blames. But from how law sees it a adult above 18 can vote and decide who rules their country can also decide whats right and wrong especially on very important matters like life partner or an love affair. Law will not accept Manvi's saying that MJ fooled her. Similarly many who are fooled by others may be in jail for various crimes, law will never take that argument by a person whose done a big sin or crime. Same as Maya now going and saying MJ killed my child so i killed Rishi. Law will say you should have filed police complaint against MJ and others for attempt to murder and killing you. You cannot become a judge as per your own will and mete out punishments for crimes against you. That is a lawless land where ppl will mete out punishment to others.

What i am surprised is that Rudra does not know MJ affair with Maya where it came in press and TV too? 10 years back youtube and fb all was there. So that affair would be avilable. in 1980s may be this affair would hide not in 2010

MJ had conned Manvi by telling Antara was a serial philanderer and that's why he was going to divorce her. After knowing about the reality of MJ, naturally Manvi went to Antara to SEEK help because MJ had thrown Antara under the bus too. Manvi was a kid while MJ was as old as her father.

Funny you don't know what an affair is. It is an affair. MJ is married LEGALLY and Maya was aware of it. Whether a wife is cheating, and doing all kind of bullshit. Legally by the law MJ is a married man and manvi had a relationship with him even though he presented "divorce papers" that is what you call "sleeping with a married man" So I know what an affair is. And you know what's even hilarious is that you're stating Maya was a kid. Is that supposed to give her a pass? No it was not an affair in the conventional sense...Manvi was a kid who did not voluntarily get into the relationship with evil intentions or to wreck someone's home deliberately like a femme fatale. MJ clearly concocted a sob story using Antara saying how she'd been cheating on him with so many men. That's precisely why she sought her help because who wouldn't? Manvi thought Antara was some blind, innocent woman who had no idea about the ways of her husband. You are repeatedly hauling Manvi over the coals for going to Antra without understanding this very fact. As for the rest of your spiel, I guess you have no idea about how predators work in the real world. Read up on the likes of Harvey Weinstein, Woody Allen, Roman Polanski, Michael Jackson et al

Manvi's only fault was that she was stupid. She could not see through MJ who is a seasoned predator. Was she wrong? Yes because she got involved with a married man. However she genuinely loved him, despite his age or marital status. MJ's age was not the problem, the problem was that he was married and manvi fell for his sob story. No one here said she was completely innocent but still, people empathized with her because she paid a very big price for being so naive. I don't like kicking people when they are already down and more then manvi, MJ deserves to be dragged for going after a girl young enough to be his daughter. Manvi screwed up but her feelings were genuine unlike MJ who trapped her to satisfy his ego. This is not an affair where a cunning girl went after her older boss, this is an affair where a predator simply charmed, lied then emotionally manipulated a dumb 20 year old. Then when she became a liability to him, he ripped her apart. This entire situation reminds me of the Bill Clinton and monica Lewinsky scandal. I'm sure there are many stories of foolish 20 something year olds having an affair with their powerful, older boss. There is a major imbalance of power in such situation. Monica only suffered public humiliation and ostracization, whereas manvi suffered a fate much worse. Again, I'm not denying that manvi was at fault but her foolishness should not be looked at in isolation, because there is a bigger picture here. Both parties are to be blamed in an extra marital affair but the problem is that society will let men get away with a slap on the wrist, while the women are dragged over the coals repeatedly and they will never be able to live it down.
