One of my friend has been through the same. Her bf was abusive and we all told her that get out of the relationship but she was mad. like she thought that the guy will marry her. n he ditched her very badly got married to someone else.and she was in depression for almost a year. then she moved on. her parents fixed her engagement n her fiance was very supportive. But out of the blue her ex started stalking her online after year and half of their break up.used to threaten her n stuff n that used to trigger her panic attacks.but thank god she shared it with her fiance n he took care of the matter n supported her. n she is happily married now with 2 kids.

Though living in the different city. sometimes she still feels afraid of that guy..n this fear didnt let her visit her maayka for so many years and if she went there she used to stay indoors. it took 5 years for her to come out of it. thank god that her husband is understanding,

So this happens in real life too..

Maya is like a new challenge to him..she has brought the old mj alive..you feel adrenaline in chasing and taming his woman. He is also that kid who doesn't like to see some other child playing with his old toys. He feels they are patent for him to damage, play and destroy.

Diya have guaged it...she knows his old feelings to tame and chase manvi is back..she can feel it..
