If it was old me I would have skip the show out of uncomfort. But now I become more used to it watching crazy stuffs & crazy stories. One of the benifit of watching dark stuffs 😆

I feel he is either not ready to believe it & thinking they r misunderstanding the whole thing & he somehow has to save her so he spoke those lies. Or he actually knows everything & playing along with it to get back at Maya in future 🤔. Only future will tell
