My Rudra & My Maya : Entangled

This show is no longer a dark revenge story. It has gripped the graph of a dark toxic love story with every other character fueling the fire between Rudra and Maya , with MJ being the wheel of fortune for these two.

Read the dialogues below:

And on and on and on and on..... Pheww! Matlab , what are these two doing , exactly? I will tell you . They are doing everything except admitting that they are nuts about each-other ( Yes, Khooni Ki Pyaasi Maya included.)

Let's start off with Maya today.

Where is Maya's trajectory going exactly? Everything has become about Rudra for her; does she even realize this? Let's keep the revenge aspect in the freezer , for the time being. Since when has becoming territorial about an "enemy" become a sign of animosity? Break things like you are doing in the precap - why prepare haldi batter, bro? You want to kill Rudra, right? Kill him, then! You could have done that in the pool. Why go all glassy eyed and save him and get impressed that he fought his fear of water for you? Aur is there some special date to kill him? And what was she talking about at the pool? That I trusted you but you went to your Dad , that i took the decision from the heart blah blah blah. Maya, what is your PAIN exactly? Why are you so territorial about a man you are going to kill? Why stamp him as your own? Because from where we are seeing , it's not just about MJ anymore. Even if Rudra gets married, how does it stop you from killing him or destroying MJ? Rudra shaadi kare ya na kare, kya farak padta hai? The matter is that Maya has formed a both toxic and healing attachment to Rudra. She cannot function with him; she cannot function without him. Does she realize that she wants Rudra to belong to her? Even in hatred. The person who was complaining to Rudra at the pool was not the scheming , devious Maya - it was the mentally, emotionally botched up Maya who holds Rudra responsible for taking away the potential of something that could have been. Look at her eyes - glassy and pensive... and they only hit reality when she saves Rudra. Maya ka gussa kahaan hai, use khud hi nahin pataa. A powerful conflicted emotion for a man who is only supposed to be a tool! ...No? Fine. Continue then, with your murder attempts.

Coming to Rudra, bro is lost case and lost cause. He tried to be as honest , as chirpy and happy with Ananya and family today ; but you can't get rid of someone who has gotten under your skin. He couldn't get Maya out of his mind and after much internal fighting, he unblocked her number. He missed her , her proximity and everything else around him just faded. When he tells Ananya in panic that he cannot lose Maya, he cannot let her go, you feel like getting inside the screen and widening Ananya's eyes to see the truth. It is not about you don't trust Maya. It is about Rudra who has it written all over his face and you are being a pigeon with closed eyes. The man is long gone and you only have his disturbed lifeless shadow as your groom! Maya is under Rudra's skin and even Rudra cannot do anything about it. He is living two lives - of an unhappy fiance and a tortured lover. Can't have both. He will have to let go of one either by himself or some exterior force. He is bound to Maya and the things he told her at the pool today , prove it. He will never leave her ; he can't. He may go into an emotional and mental exile from her, but Maya will always be there. The sooner everyone accepts it, the better. There is a thing about intense complicated lovers. They don't burn alone at all.

The Maya at the pool was not a manipulative and vengeful one. She was an angry, scorned , rejected woman who just didn't know how to word her angst to Rudra simply because she doesn't want to accept it. She wanted Rudra to accept it - Jo use kehna chaahiye woh Rudra se bulwaane ke liyye gol gol chakkar kaat rahee hai. It's so obvious. The brain is screaming REVENGE and the heart is trying to find a sneaky way out. Human beings! Argghhhhhh!

And just an observation for Maya:

You told your mother that a new medicine doesn't heal old wounds. Well, often a new medicine, a new cure erases the disease. Think it over. And in the precap, what was that line - Rudra meri zindagi ke saath aise khel nahin sakta! ... Huh? He is being played, darling. You are the player.... aren't you? Ask Rajeev.

As for Rudra ; it was a very warm feeling to see him telling Maya that he will always save her soul, at any cost. Let's see how long you hold this true.

Logical loopholes! We needed a deeper pool for Rudra's hydrophobia OR MAYBE JUST SAY THAT HE IS HYDROPHOBIC because uss pool mein doobta toh nahin. And you needed to underline that Maya NEVER MAILED THE MANUSCRIPT to the publishing house and all they had was a hard copy which madam floated into water.

Bang on... more than a revenge drama it is a toxic love story..

Rudra,, heart soul and all body parts go out to this boy yaar... I mean so much light and righteousness in his heart.. his moist eyes for his mom.. his confidence in his dad..his commitment towards Ananya.. his simple honesty to not keep her in the dark. His longing for Maya.. his subtle confession...

And still all that is done to him is emotional atyachaar...

Maya ka atyachaar,Ananya ka bekaar ka pyaar...

And Ananya is the true sanki of the show.. Maya hai kaun... dimaag ki batti gul and trust issue ka meter chaloo...foolish girl just wants to be his trophy wife...

Maya.. anything said about her is in vain... she wants him needs him.. but will not accept it herself... she can't do without him... MJ uncle is out of the pic.. it is only Rudra that is focal point..

Mere Rudra ki haldi,bachelor party... like seriously woman...air yeh madam chali hein Rudra ko marne...

Thank you ❤️....Rudra is such a pure soul that only his 'sanak' is a grey shade in him as of now. He doesn't deserve anything that is happening to him, but he has invited it by proposing Ananya and not facing his feelings for Maya head-on. He is trying really hard but he cannot help the intensity and love he has for Maya.

As for Maya, she is in what we call emotional arrogance where whatever you want , you deflect it to the other person. Rudra will keep surprising her like he did today ; he will keep his promise.

Not to forget, they will make everyone else around them suffer.

His love for Maya will either take them ashore or will be the end of them..

his love for her... a piece of her soul,her book and he jumped in to save it...he will go to any lengths for her ,such is his love.. deep dark and consuming...

No matter how crazy and dumb Maya's plans are for revenge Rudra seems to shake her up everytime he meets her...

I loved the episode coz I loved Mayas desperation. The hunter is as affected as the prey. It's a strange symbiosis that these two have going. Maya was visibly hurt at being rejected by Rudra time & again. Yes, she didn't kill him but that is cause she said his time hadnt come yet but is it the only reason? The way she said mere rudra ki haldi hai! The possessiveness is so clear. She won't let him stay away from her. The precap reiterates this fact. Rudy belongs to her & she to him or to the extent she can belong to another human.

Talking of the pool, in that broken hearted conversation there were some true things- Maya is the investor in RuAn and should be logically informed about the merger. She signed a no confidentiality with RuAn partners but with the merger, it's of no use as MJ would have access to her, her soul, and her book. As her shield/her wazir, Rudy proved that he would go to any extent to safeguard her and that commitment was always going to wow Maya. It's funny how Maya mixes business and pleasure. Having gotten Rudys reconfirmation of protecting her, she switched to matters of heart and confronted him about admitting his feelings for her coz she herself has feelings for him. This intense push and pull between them is enthralling and will likely have explosive outcomes-in and outside the bedroom/boardroom.

Coming to Ananya, delusionitis is dangerous friends. Hope she gets well soon.

True. Maya has no idea how far Rudra can go for her and his passion has always surprised her. So, one can only imagine his state when he realizes who Maya really is. Rudra could go totally toxic.

I mean if he can leave Anu and come to her even on the day of his haldi, whats gonna stop him from coming to her after the wedding, or even on their suhagraat? as far as having Rudra under her thumb goes, he is already there..she can execute her plan whenever she wants..!! All this she has been doing since yesterday, is desperation of a woman who is not able to digest the idea of losing her man to another woman.. Speaking of another woman 🤔 what will it take for her to understand that Rudra is already taken? and no Rudra can not be trusted either.. it's not like Maya can lure him into her den without him feeling anything for her.. All in all, I am enjoying the show these days.. its engaging..Introduction of these new characters as Ananya's parents and their link to Maya's past has intrigued me.. very interested to know who the other two characters are.. again in yesterday's episode, that painting of Maya standing with a man with blackened face caught my attention.. He seemed to be of the same height as Rudra tbh.. MJ and Maya dont have that height difference..I think.. not sure.. Oh and yesterday when Rudra said Rishi jaha kahin bhi ho ... a faint hope re-ignited somewhere..what if Maya has him locked up somewhere along with Ankit? I wish... MayRa chemistry is too explosive to be wasted in a something that's gonna end up in their death.. ummeed pe duniya kayam hai..

True that! Maya is clearly possessive and territorial about Rudra and the look she gave Ananya in the freeze was deadly. Be it love or hatred or whatever emotion that she is capable of, Maya cannot do without Rudra ; yes, even if she is all out to kill him. First of all I was so moved by the epi that I just zoned out of my mobile for an hour.. I just wanted to absorb the episode and the dialogues and then come back to hear what others had to say.. ok I also ended up overeating my dinner in the process 😆

Maya back with her book and her murder Rudra plan.. yes she will kill Rudra.. not him literally.. the person inside of him who is scared to fall in love who has shut his crazy lover side to the world.. Shiva was the same.. when he lost sati, he gave up everything. he closed himself to all relationship and parvati had to break past that wall with lot of hard work.. but once he accepted that and accepted that she is the other half of him and completes him, they became the idol couple for the world.. every hindu wedding the bride and groom are given the status of Shiva parvati..

So the haldi function and Maya already marked Rudra.. the colour of Mayas Mark's on his chest are way brighter than the colour of haldi itself.. ananya put the haldi on those Marks.. obviously she wasnt the first..

Maya talking to Krishna.. her mom told her to close the windows or else the lamps will go off.. but Maya said that those lamps wont go off.. unknowingly she has already accepted to welcome light in her life and no matter what level of wind will blow they wont let go off one another... Maya thinking that a new medicine wont heal old scars.. the problem is that Maya has had no medicine at all.. this will be her first and she will realise what wonders it can actually do..

Finally the best part of todays epi.. guess what I am hydro phobic.. I cant step into a pool.. the max I get into a pool is like on the shallow side and i cant let go off the edge at all.. even if I go the beach I max sit only in the sand..i cant go to the water.. even the sight of the sea gives me anxiety sometimes..I had anxiety seeing Rudras scare to be honest..

I was super glad that he told Ananya that his company is his identity and even if they are with Roy's now he is not gonna let MJ take over it.. he earned me respect then and there.. also Maya throwing those papers in the water was a literal meaning..anyways it was just 2 parts of her book and not the whole book.. but that book was dear to him..not for publishing but the fact that he feels for this girl who is mentioned in that book.. he knows that the girl in the story mentioned Is Maya only and he truly cares and secures Mayas soul which is in that book..

She battered and threw it into water. What could Rudra have done with those wet sheets anyways.. he still got into the water to save her scattered soul.. remember mayas words.. mere dil ke hazaaron tukdo mein se ek tukda Rudra ki kahaani likhega.. he was collecting her broken heart today and water has played an important role in spoiling her life as we have seen.. his words of saving her brought out tears in her eyes instantly.. she has never shown her tears really to Rudra.. and then he went drowning.. he cant help Maya without she accepting his love and holding his hand.. and thankfully she does and what she says is what she feels for Rudra.. she has to leave her stubbornness too and accept love...

Precap.. her anger is not because she couldn't kill Rudra.. she might do it in rishikesh for God knows.. but she is upset for first her plans dont go with Rudra as planned.. second she already feels betrayed by him.. and Rajiv will be in shock with this sudden behaviour of Maya.. rishikesh will be the last try on this kill Rudra.. and she will lose it completely to end up giving his love a chance over her hate..

All in all such a beautiful episode and couple..I haven't seen such an intense and toxic couple on TV ever.. and these two do such a phenomenol job in portraying that intensity in every episode..
